The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Ratings are on a scale of 1 (below average) to 10 (above average) and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data. We also advise parents to visit schools, consider other information on school performance and programs, and consider family needs as part of the school selection process.

Property Ratings at Village Oaks Apartments
Been seeing lots of roaches since I’ve moved in and can barely get in contact with the office about pest control. They landlord lives in the complex but can barely answer the phone. Unprofessional
If I could give y’all a 0, I would. The landlords here are completely rude and unprofessional. They do not answer the phone, when the landlord stays in the complex. Everytime I asked for a maintenance issue to be fixed, it was a problem. I been having maintenance issues since I’ve moved in. Been dealing with lots of different types of bugs. INCLUDING ROACHES! Bugs coming in through cracks in the floor and carpet, in which I asked to be fixed but never got done. They’ve lied on me several times, saying they called or maintenance came by but I never received or saw anything. They do not keep you updated on anything you should know, instead you have to hound them down for things you need. Don’t let the two face fool you, all they care about is the money !
This website says that they have availability soon and so my husband and I tried to get in contact with the leasing office to set up a tour. They were incredibly rude and informed me that they don’t have anything to show me because they don’t have anything available. However, it wasn’t what she said, it was how she said it. So unnecessarily rude
Would NOT recommend. It can be extremely difficult to get in touch with management, maintenance will tell you that they're coming then never show up (when they do show, they do not leave notice that they were in your home), there is no leasing office on site so if you want to speak to someone in person, you have to drive out of your way, lots of issues with pests, parking lots will easily flood when it rains, snow plowing is slow at best (it's terrible), people will throw cigarettes everywhere and loose trash/garbage on the grounds is super common, but maintenance is never here to clean up after the laziness of the residents... It's just terrible. It's worth spending a little bit extra elsewhere, trust me!
Cute apartment with spacious closets. One particular day I got a call from the leasing office, asking if they could come in and spray for pests. I come back home and ALL my bedding was on the floor, I assumed my boyfriend took them off but he didn't!! I called the leasing office the next day and left a voicemail. The following day I get a note on my door saying that the furniture and bedding could be disturbed, super GROSS! This company doesn't ever return calls or voicemails, which is so unprofessional. I put my apt keys in the drop box, and they called days later saying they never got them and they checked multiple times, making me feel as if I lied! I've been waiting on my security deposit check for weeks and gave them my new address soon after my move. Finally getting a hold of someone and they said they sent the check to the old address(village oaks, which I moved out off)and possibly the file was not updated correctly. Bottom line is this place is a shit show at best and I strongly recommend not moving into this complex.
This place is budget friendly and has had a lot of upgrades including a new roof, new windows, new laundry centers, new AC, remodeled kitchen and baths! The only reason I give 4 stars is because their is no in unit laundry. Maintenance team is friendly and helpful. If you are looking for luxury living this is not the place for you as there are no amenities but there is new property signage, an onsite garden started this year which is nice and BBQ grills are also onsite for healthy outdoor dining with picnic tables.
