Poorly & Lazily Built, Poorly Managed, Cash Grab

Way over priced, poor management communication, lazily built and unsafe parking lot, lack of basic necessities in the unit for the price.

Underwhelming and overpriced

Toured the property and it completely smelled like sewage. Outside the units water was building up. Prices keep changing this property is poorly built and seems to be poorly managed as well

Nice units but no gym and expensive for a 1BR

It is a great building but expensive for one bedrooms. Wish they had 2 bedrooms at more affordable price. Great view of the river.

Overpriced, small units, no gym!

Visited the property last week. Very nice units, but very expensive on per square foot basis. No gym, no dog run, and amenities appear to be lacking compared to the Mason. Really nice lighting and open space concepts, but priced way too high for the area
