The community is a safe and nice place to live! The neighbors are friendly and they help make it feel like home. It's close to the Borough to drive or take the bus and access some amazing restaurants. There's a grocery store and shopping center right across the street as well as a Wawa so convenience is there as well. I do wish the company gave back a little more to the current residents who have been living here for awhile. They do a lot of promos to get new residents but minimal to value their long time residents. Also, there's a few key things like the windows that need a necessary update to help keep an energy efficient home.
Have loved my experience of living here the past couple years. Apartments are cozy but also luxury feel with updated appliances and hard wood floors. I highly recommend!

It has been pretty great living here. There are a lot of opportunities to fellowship with your neighbors. It’s in a great area, and very accessible to stores and gas stations.
Love living here!!!! Been here for 3.5 years still have a few more months to go!! Everyone has been so helpful, kamar is the best maintenance man he’s very nice and gets the job done. The supervisor of maintenance is also super nice and makes sure everything is good, amanda has been great. I recommend living here

Such great apartments! I love the quiet community, the styles of apartments, and the open yard spaces! It’s quiet and the neighbors are friendly.
The apartment community is amazing and offers so much for everyone and their pets. The staff are very nice and attentive. I can honestly say "this is home." It's quiet, even though it's not far from a busy highway and so convenient to every thing. The apartments are nicely updated and they have some curb appeal.

The peloton bike was one of highlights of my living here, but unfortunately since they updated the community center it no longer works properly. I’ve mentioned it to the office and it never got updated. Some of the apartments are updated and are nice. I wouldn’t call them spacious, they’re average size maybe slightly larger than average. Neighbors are very friendly and it’s a safe place.

I'm 52yrs old and have never rented. Have owned multiple homes and just downsized to apartment for first time while i figure out where to purchase next home. The management staff were excellent and the apartment and facilities are in a park like setting with many friendly neighbors and 4 legged friends. Location is perfect, 8 minute drive to town of West Chester and all the amenities/restaurants s you would need are close by. I have corner apartment on 2nd floor with nice deck. So far, I love this place. Was very nervous about renting but so far so good.

Ok environment, but very old with cracking extremely loud washer and dryer, the only time you can wash clothes is if you are going to leave your apartment. Worst of all awful management. Do not show care when you report issues. I had a fridge problem that did not get fixed after repeated report, resulted hundreds of dollars wasted food and smelling like a haunted rotten slaughter house after I went away and came back to face the disaster. Management refused to apologize nor compensate for my loss. I would definitely move after my renewal is up in a few months.

It’s okay, a lot of problems when I first got here, they are still here, Just not as frequent. I believe that they are a lot of progress that can be made. Also, I think they should actually here their residents out and not shoot them down when there is a problem.

I’ve been living here since November of 2021 and I can’t say one negative thing! All the residents and staff are very nice and things are pretty quiet! The gym has been upgraded and I use it almost every day. Plenty of stores and the town of West Chester are within 10-15 mins of the apartment. Pet friendly and renovated apartments! Overall I really love being here and can’t think of a better place!

My girlfriend and I moved in 2 weeks before Christmas 2021 and love it so far! We moved from California and our search began in August 2021, ever since day 1 the staff has been extremely helpful. Scheduling walk throughs before our move was a breeze, they accommodated us without any issue and showed us multiple apartments to choose from. Our unit is completely remodeled with brand new everything, its perfect! We currently have a 1 bedroom unit with 2 dogs and there's plenty of space for all of us. A fireplace and a balcony was a nice bonus as well. The property is very well maintained and everyone we have been in contact with has been very kind. I would highly recommend this property.

I been living here since July 2021 and it has been nothing but great. The space is perfect for the three of us and it is very cozy. The staff has been nothing but nice since day 1 and i never felt more safe in this community!

Although it’s the middle of the Pandemic I enjoy living at the Village of Windermere. It’s a quiet community, with a gym and clubhouse to work out in. The people are friendly, and the management is easy to connect with and very helpful for what you need.
I moved here in August 2020 in the middle of the Pandemic. I am/was an active gym goer but due to the pandemic that was squashed. Fortunately summer time I could do outside activity but when I moved here I was nervous about not being to workout with the changing of the seasons. My favorite thing about this place is the peloton in the community gym. It comes as a perk with living here. You have access and can create an account as part of being a resident. I come to use it 3-5 times a week. My other two favorite things are living in the upgraded model of the apartments. I don’t mind having carpets but totally prefer hard floors as they’re easier to clean! Additionally, I love having a fireplace as well. All these things make coming home something to look forward to especially when you live alone. I’ve met people by using the peloton (that’s hard at the moment), I have cozy nights by the fire and cleaning has been so easy and I love the look! - so many perks and the staff is so friendly and Caring (definitely wanted to mention that! It’s like a family here!).
Everyone is so helpful and it truly feels like a family here. The surrounding area is kept very clean and the staff is very accommodating.
We visited over 15 other apartments in the west Chester area before finding Village at Windermere. Windermere was the best hands down! When we first came we instantly felt at home thanks to the ladies in the office. They even took a picture of my dog to welcome him into the community! Ive always wanted a fireplace and our patio is a great size to sit out and enjoy the beautiful view of the trees. The units are the perfect size not too small, not too big, perfect amount of natural light with large windows. We have been here for 7 months now and we have had zero problems. The units are in great condition and the walls are solid. Wish we found this place sooner!
I recently moved into the Village at Windermere apartments and couldn’t be happier with my decision! My friend and I joke that it’s as nice as a Disney resort with all the awesome amenities such as the peloton in the gym, the pool being newly renovated, a warm/inviting common area with wifi and computers, etc. I always feel safe, and noise is never an issue. Everything is very well-kept. When we moved in, we basically got a new place with new paint, carpeting, countertops, etc! The best part about this place, though? THE STAFF! They are the SWEETEST! Seriously so quick to respond to emails and eager to help you out.
love the Villiage at Winderme its so welcoming very spacious bedrooms, the whole sceneray outside with park for my kids and enough space to ride there bikes, they even love to use the hill behind our house when we have snowdays to go sledding which is our favorite time of the year. We love how The offices has treats and coffee for there residents , and for the holidays as well and even though we got hit with covid we do miss the holiday partys that the office has hopefully soon we can go back to normal and have them again my daughters loved them. The girls love to go walking and it so close to the shops and thats so covieant for us the wawa there the grocery store everything is walking distance . we just love living here and want to stay for many more years. Stepping inside the leasing office at The villiage at Windemere is greeted with enthusiastic smiles by the employees that work there. Everyone is kind and welcoming. Management is helpful, easy to contact and follow ups with issues quickly. Maintenance is friendly and very responsive. Well planned social events and great amenities. Good location near shopping, West Chester and Rt 202. Nice neighbors, quiet and a great place to live.
