About Rose Hill Apartments
Rose Hill Apartments was one of the first apartment communities established in East Goshen Township in 1965. Our Garden-style apartment buildings have solid masonry, concrete floors, ceilings, and beautiful brick exterior. By 1975, Rose Hill was completed with an additional 68 apartments and a convenience center. Today, our convenience center includes Sabatino’s Pizzeria Grill and Restaurant, Salon West Endz, Local Color Tattoos and Holly’s Nail Salon. Our residents love the small-town, personalized experience, welcoming community, and responsive management. Getting around town is easy since we are located on Route 3 with an on-site Septa stop. Route 3 is just 10 minutes away from downtown shops and restaurants. Choose from standard apartments to fully renovated apartments and condos. All remodeled apartments have new kitchens, baths, granite counters and expanded layouts. Live comfortably with large closets and spacious rooms. Enjoy hot summers at our community pool!
