The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Ratings are on a scale of 1 (below average) to 10 (above average) and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data. We also advise parents to visit schools, consider other information on school performance and programs, and consider family needs as part of the school selection process.

Property Ratings at Village at Old Fort
We love living at Village at Old Fort! We have found great friendships with the community here and the property staff makes us feel so important by remembering our names, our pets names, and do a great job of attending to our needs. The townhome is extremely modern and roomy and I will most likely be extremely upset whenever it comes time to move. We love our green home! Scott is amazing! He is the maintenance technician and our dog Murphy loves him probably more than us. Scott if you are reading this— thank you for being so kind and loving to Murphy and for being available when we had our fire alarm issue! Life savor. Love Tori and coley!
Hi Everyone, my name is China. I have been a tenant for 3 years at this property. Everything is lovely, all the way down to the staff. Please stop by and inquire. You won’t be disappointed.
This property is amazing! I love the area and the staff. Always clean and the people here are awesome. The horns are spacious and clean. I do wish there was a pool but honestly it is not a deal breaker. We have never had any issues with anything or anyone here on staff. Anytime we need something they are on it. Love it!!
Great Townhomes! Townhomes are beautiful inside and out with lots of space! Conveniently located to shopping, food, and 840/65! Most importantly, staff is great!
I lived at this community for 18 months and the townhomes are all beautifully done with lots of space. The kichens can't be beat. Lauren & Dave are the best people to work with for anything you may need while living here. If this property were closer to work, I'd still be living there. You can't go wrong with this community. Tina
The customer service was excellent. Lauren was very pleasant to work with, was very knowledgeable and answered all my questions. The townhouses are lovely, providing different plans from which to choose. Very positive experience!
