Very unimpressed with the new management company. All the staff are turning over and they are all new! Apparently a new property manager started on July 4th but they don’t bother to send out a communication introducing her.
I have lived at Village Farms for almost three years. It has been a very pleasant experience. The facility is clean and well maintained. Thoroughly enjoy the proximity of Village Farms to stores and medical needs. Oh, yes, the management staff is terrific. Could not ask for a more professional, friendly, and knowledgeable management team.

VFM is a great place to live and I really enjoy being here. Residents and staff are very nice and easy to get along with. Great place for walking and many restaurants within walking distance.

I have been living here for a few weeks and am very happy with my decision! The staff has been very friendly and helpful regarding any adjustments one might have regarding moving in here. The location is perfect with all the shops and restaurants in the area. I absolutely love the view from my balcony overlooking the conservation and not to mention that Top Golf is right down the road. I highly recommend to anyone interested, Village at Mission Farms is the place to be!

This is a very liveable apartment community. It is a friendly place and I feel very much at home. There are people of all ages living here; it makes for a good mix. AND, it is dog friendly!

Bait & switch - They market a community that is safe, secure & convenient. Since moving here a year ago, its but nothing but safe and convenient. The freight elevator breaks at least once a week and the doors to the secure garage have been breaking for at least 6 months and are now permanently open creating an unsafe environment for residents.

We love our apartment and the entire community at Village at Mission Farms. The property is maintained very nicely and the mixed age of residents makes it fun and inviting. We look forward to being able openly socialize and access all of the amenities when Covid-19 is no longer a threat.

One of the best decisions we ever made was to chose to move to Village at Mission Farms. The friendliness and warmth of residents is constantly amazing. The condition of the building and the constant cleaning, trimming of plantings, and care for each resident is great.

We have been here only for a few months after downsizing. We couldn`t have made a better choice. Management is friendly and responsive to needs. The residents are all friendly and fun, We are enjoying our new home greatly.

I just moved in and am loving it. My apartment was clean and is spacious. Its the perfect location for my dog with parks near by. Great amenities. Would highly recommend moving here.

i absolutely love living here. on tuesdays a few of my neighbor's and myself like to have a taco bar and get drunk off our asses..its great. the community is outstanding here and the office girls are AWSOME.thet treat me better than fam and always seem to be happy to see me. when i walk in..they all say hi BIG K...we love you !! makes me feel special. they have been remodelling and painting the hallways to make it nicer for all of us. i met the painter in the hallway and he is one of the coolest people i have ever met and does a GREAT job. anyway..i just wanted to say i lobe this place and i thank baby jebus i found this place. love always BIG K

Village of Mission Farms location is excellent other than that these apartments are old and outdated and fall short of amenities in comparison to other apartment complexes, in particularly with what they charge.

Our expeience here at Village at Mission Farms has been nothing short of fantastic. The staff are very friendly, courteous and professional. The apartment is very spacious and up to date, with a large balcony my wife and I were in the market for. Ammenities are generous. We could not have picked a better pace to live, and trust me, we looked at quite a few.

The apartment is open and airy. It feels right and makes us feel very much at home. Moving from a house to an apartment was quite an experience and we feel we definitely made the best choice -- moving to Mission Farms.

I absolutely LOVE living at the Village at Mission Farms. I was hesitant prior to moving in because it had been years since I lived in an apartment. To downsize from a large house to a 2-bedroom/2-full bath apartment was a tad frightening. But now I wonder what it would be like to give up living here. I love the layout, the location, the STAFF IS AMAZING. We have two clubhouses, a beautiful pool, a work out facility, and a book exchange system. I read a lot and find it awesome that I can walk downstairs and choose from a selection of books to read. Sometimes it's the little things and can make or break it.

The Village at Mission Farms is a terrific place to live so long as you are independant. The facilities are beautiful and highly functional. And the staff is superb. The surrounding community is extensive and in a state of continuous improvement. I've lived here for several years and been extremely satisfied.
