Property Ratings at Village at Madrone
The apartment complex is great they are new and beautiful; however, we have gone thru 3 or 4 different Property Management groups. Very hard to get a hold of them, you leave voicemails or write emails no response ever. the worst part is the trash that accumulates thru out the week they have pick ups set up for twice a week, we have over 100 units and only 4 dumpsters. The amount of trash that is left on the floors is horrible and not safe at all, we have started to see rats.

Your input about property management transitions and the challenges with trash collection and cleanliness is valuable, and it helps identify areas where residents are experiencing difficulties.
New apartments, everything is great. the only issues are that management has not been able to get things in order, Fitness room still not open even though it's ready, same goes for the mail room, BBQ area, Dog washing station. However the worst part is that garbage on the may area has been overflowing for the past 2 months it just looks very trashing for the property.
