Village at Madera
Been living here since January 2009. Have a wonderful team of employees that treat their renters as individuals and listen. Our property is so clean and maintained. We have quarterly inspirations yearly and our balconies can not have anything on them except outside furniture and plants. Nothing can hang. It's so quiet and everyone respects one another's privacy but still watches out for one another. My family lives in a 3 bed, 2 bath and our rent is under $700. Have no plans on moving unless it is out of California.
