The Village Apartments of Superior is a 24-Unit, smoke-free apartment complex that opened June 1, 2017. It is located at 6712 Tower Avenue in South Superior, Wisconsin and is just minutes from beautiful downtown Superior, WI and Duluth, MN – not to mention the Nemadji River and majestic Lake Superior. The Village Apartments of Superior offers apartment home styles featuring 1 and 2-bedroom units (there is only one 2-bedroom unit in the building). Each unit includes modern kitchens with energy efficient stainless-steel appliances, ample storage space, laminate wood flooring, carpeted bedrooms, and modern fixtures. Provided with each unit is basic cable and internet capabilities (free of charge), a stackable washer and dryer, and a private outdoor balcony or patio. The Village offers a fitness center and community room for our residents to enjoy. P&R Properties Twin Ports offices are in Duluth, MN and our friendly staff are here to make your home leasing experience great. We believe in providing properties in the Twin Ports region that you're proud to call home. All landscaping, snow removal, and maintenance requests are handled by our property staff. Our properties are also pet friendly with a nonrefundable fee and monthly pet rent.
