Terrible landord!!! No more than year lease!
Terrible landord!!! Building is not well maintained. It’s always dirty. Cleaning service is (barely) once a week. Is not worthy to stay here more than a year, basic requests/services are ignored by the landorld.; the increment in rent is not justified: poorly maintained and customer service , elevator has permanently moving covers installed. Rent is way too high. No amenities: no pool no gym. No concierge….Nice and spacious units but the few common areas are terrible.
