Decent but overpriced for what it offers.
The apartment interior is quite spacious, and some of the units have been remodeled. The building is okay, and it's a bonus that there is a pool. However, all of the units overlook the pool so there is no privacy... and it creates a loud echo so everyone can hear everyone. Parking in this area is impossible, but at least you get one reserved carport spot. Losses points for the neighborhood/location, it needs an upgraded laundry room and has a history of bug problems.

Decent apartment, good management, nice neighbors.
