This is the first complex I have lived at that actually does what they say they are going to do, when my AC was having issues, the maintenance guy told us he couldn't fix it but they would have someone out, and they did and gave us a temp ac till the appointment.

old apartments lots of cracks lots of roaches office always closes early so you gotta rush home to pick up package or wait until next day tiny gym room is in the mailroom so you can pick you up mail and see me sweat just check it out yourself - reviews are fake cuz they give a discount to ppl renewing lease by writing a 5 star review
I was trying to rent a house while still living here...She would NOT release my rental history UNTIL I paid my lease buy out and gave 30 days notice!!! I have never heard of this...what if I hadn't got the house??? I think that the manager makes up rules when it is to HER benefit. Really glad that I am moving.
I have lived at Villa la Charles for 11 years. I have had great neighbors and no problems. The management and maintainance staff are fantastic! They are always friendly, efficient and go out of their way to accommodate resident needs . Any maintainance requests are addressed promptly and done right. Rent is very reasonable for this area. A great place to live!
Living at Villa la Charles has honestly been great ! The apartment is perfect ! The staff is amazing and always tends to ones needs ! The community is great ! I would definitely recommend these apartments to someone in need looking for a great place to live !
My Apartment has two bedrooms, one we use as an office and storage. The apartment is not large enough for us. We need more space qand another bedroom and bathroom.
