I’m not a tenant but I called to ask about a unit for rent And while the person I spoke to gave me the info I needed they were kinda rude and ended up hanging up on me

Everyone in the offices and apart of maintenance have been true blessings. The process was pretty easy and straightforward. We had some hiccups along the way that they corrected quickly. The empathy they've shown makes them unlike any complex I have ever heard of. I appreciate the hard work they put in to make our space livable, like a true home. I've only been there a short while but so far I have had nothing but wonderful interactions. I feel safe and have enjoyed my living experience so far. Thank you a million to Briana and staff!
I show up to the office only to see it closed. I come back 2 hours later still closed but when I did go inside only one person was there and they didn't stay for long. They left at 2 when they close at 5 also if you make $13+ they won't let you live there. I would not recommend.
The manager - Brianna - is really nice! Apartments are nice and comfortable.
