The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Ratings are on a scale of 1 (below average) to 10 (above average) and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data. We also advise parents to visit schools, consider other information on school performance and programs, and consider family needs as part of the school selection process.

Property Ratings at Villa Bellini
I feel that this property is a constant lack of respect, the pipes get clogged and they fester and leave you without water for 3 days in a row, then you tell them what happened to you, they don't give it importance, them they put the most expensive fines in the world and they put fines for everything, it's a lack of respect these people.
Do not move here trust me on this as a current resident. This place brings nothing but issues and none a resolved. If I could I would give this place zero stars that’s how bad it is.
I cannot possibly give anything higher than a single star...none would be ideal. Management is unable to keep accurate records of each apartment, parking is a mess and almost non-existant, pet droppings throughout the property, smell of marihuana on the premises, and the list goes on. Have lived over 15 years and still get identified as a non-tenant and bright orange stickers placed on my car window. Meanwhile my two reserved spots get filled with other vehicles that are not mine and never get reported. What is the point of paying for two parking spaces when the property was purchased? Management needs to get their act together and truly do their job. Frustration at its max.
I do not recommend this place after living here for a year. Counting my days to leave. The apartments inside are super dated. The kitchen and the bathroom are super old. The bedrooms have carpet that was probably installed in the 70's. There is no parking, anywhere. Parking is really really bad to the extent that they wont give me a parking sticker for my own car and it got towed. I woke up having no car to go to work.
Horrible to live in this place, the security companies have a business with the towing company, the owners who live there think that the tenants have no right, scratch the cars and the apartments have a strong musty smell that maintenance does not solve. A nightmare live in this place. For this reason there are always people leaving this place and for this reason they always have apartments available.
Parking is horrible. They will tow your car even if you have parking decal. They will find any reason to do so resulting you having to pay $104. You have to sleep one eye open the other one closed worried they will take your car. They charge $25 for a “gym” that only has 4 machines which are always broken. They overprice the rent for what they really offer. Maintenance guys are helpful but admin. will never approve the replacement of any appliance. They will tell maintenance guys to fix the problem without replacing any unit. Administration does not attemt to fix these issues.
This is a nightmare to live in. The apartments lack storage space and the parking is horrendous. They don't maintain this community, so it always looks embarrassing. Management is useless as are the security guards. Your car will get scratched and dented all over because they squeeze you in like sardines and 90% of the residents park like they're blind. If you have more than two cars, you will only get one parking spot & one remote for the gate which is absolutely stupid. If you need an extra remote because you have two cars, you need to pay an extra $25. You also need to pay $25 to access their pointless "gym." Don't expect management or the association to help you with anything. Monkeys would do abetter job of running this place.
My apartment is a 2/2.5, & it's perfect for my husband and I. We have lived here for over a year, it used to be my parents place, they bought it for my aunt to live in, but after a while she moved out, then my sister lived here with her family, and then my parents had to move to Naples fl, and we moved in here, but unfortunately they had to declare bankruptcy and this apartment is currently under being bought by the bank. We really loved this place and I wish I could keep it to see my family grow here.
Apartment is nice and comfortable for a small family, everything is walking distance for example groceries, gym, gas station and even a dennys.I would reccomend the apartments in this neighborhood to any beginning family.
