I've been living at Vilara for over a year now and I couldn't be happier. I looked at so many different complexes throughout Orange County and fell in love with Vilara after my first visit. The entire staff was so helpful and friendly from the moment I had called in. The apartments have all the modern applicances you could need and all the apartments boast luxury from all their finishing touches. I love the layout as well. The complex has a next level gym thats open 24/7 and has an amazing pool / jacuzzi. Everyone that works there has been always been amazing and is one of the main reasons why I moved here and continue to live here as well. Thank you Veronica, Paulina, and Rick for making this such a great community to call home

Nice, comfortable, well maintained and in the center of all attractions, beaches shoppings restaurants etc… and convenient hospitals and easy access to the freeway.
Amazing place to live! Has great amenities, super fun community events, nice people, is reasonably priced, and maintenance requests are answered fast!
Love the Vilara, compared to the competition in the area, it has it all. Super chic rooftop jacuzzi and gym plus decent prices on new apartments within a smaller community.

I would not recommend this apartment to any close friends or family. If you can’t feel safe at your own apartment, it doesn’t matter how nice anything is. Security is absolutely needed and I would not recommend the complex until then.
Veronica and the Vilara team are amazing, they go above and beyond to make our experience at Vilara enjoyable. The amenities are beautiful too, we’ve already made great memories at the pool, rooftop jacuzzi, and grills. They also are very strategic with doggie bag locations and trash bins.

Have lived here for a year and a half. Love the airy and open feel to our home. Leasing office is always friendly and welcoming. Any maintenance is handled quickly and efficiently. Extra care given to taking care of community and common areas. Pool is refreshing. As are both spas (the one on the roof has a fabulous view!). Gym is well outfitted for any workout needs you may have. BBQ's are well used but never crowded and BBQ's kept in good working condition and clean. Love living here.

The property is beautiful, there are just upkeep/maintenance issues which seem to be caused by short staffing. Management has been a pleasure to work with and are very understanding and professional, I just believe they don't have the proper resources to give the residents the full experience they'd like to.

Broadstone Vilara is a great community to live in! I feel safe and comfortable in my environment. Both Judi and Christina have been very helpful with answering any questions or problems I have right away. The floor plan and smart home technology are also a plus.

I love my new life in this apartment! It’s really clean and has a really nice kitchen with a wine cooler! Everybody who came over gave us compliments on our room and also loved the community area as well. The only down side is that our neighbors smoke weeds though this is a smoke-free apartment. Other than that, this is the best apartment I’ve ever lived in!

Living at Vilara Broadstone has been a positive experience. The amenities are wonderful and common areas are always clean. I live on the 3rd floor and have not had any issues with loud noises from neighbors above or next to me. Also, leasing process is very easy and quick.

In two weeks I will have been a resident of Broadstone Vilara for 1 year. From the moment we walked in there was an immediate sense of warmth and community. Daniel and Veronica made an incredible first impression and left us feeling that we definitely wanted this to be our new home. The property is gorgeous inside and outside, always clean, and we love the amenities. Throughout the year, I've gotten to know most of the team at the community and they all are always friendly, and eager to listen and/or help or just offering a simple warm hello upon passing each other. We love living at Broadstone Vilara and have enjoyed the friendships we've made along the way!
