Going on two years at VIDA and still very happy. The property is always clean and well-maintained. I’ve had no issues with my unit. The location is excellent. Office staff are friendly, patient, and helpful. Maintenance is responsive and does quality work. The pool and gym are clean and a great perk. Highly recommend.

My experience applying for and preparing to move into Daybreak Apartments has been great from start to finish! I’m really looking forward to calling it home. The unit is beautiful, the neighborhood feels quiet and comfortable, and the amenities are a big plus. I’m also excited about its convenient location. it’s close to the fire and police stations, hospital, VA clinic, library, baseball stadium, restaurants, and more. All in all, I’m feeling really positive and at ease with my decision to move here.

We went to Vida apartments looking for a one bedroom for my mom. Carholy was super helpful, charming and sweet. My mom doesnt speak English and Carholy was able to help with translations. Carholy was so patient explaining every detail and showing us the amenities and two different floor plans.

I toured this aparments and front office staff was super friendly and professional, really nice amenities (gym, pool and coffee shop) and pet friendly. end up moving in and I love it! maintenance is great and friendly never had an issue. highly recommend to check this community out!
