About Victory Commons Apartments

Victory Parkway Place Apartments are located on the corner of Asmann and Victory Parkway. These apartments are only a mile from Xavier University. We are currently renting out one and two bedroom apartments to students and young professionals. The one bedroom apartments are going for $600 a month, and for a limited time only the two bedrooms are going for $750 a month. These apartments are newly renovated, with all new appliances. These apartments also offer coin operated washers and dryers in the basement, and a new security system.
