Victoria Woods Apartments and Townhomes

MICE!!!!! I wish I could give this zero stars. DO NOT MOVE HERE UNLESS YOU WANT AN UNINHABITABLE LIVING SITUATION. We lived here for one month, ONE. & we already were dealing with cockroaches and mice. I broke the lease so quickly and left right away. Yes, it looks nice and clean when you first move in but little do you know there’s mice coming from the small holes in the closets, etc. I know for sure it’s not only an issue with just our building after reading these reviews. But I can certainly tell you, it’s disgusting.

2 Bedroom townhomes are 2 floors with a very spacious Master Bedroom and a lot of closet space. Even the 2nd bedroom has good space. I also like that the full bathroom is upstairs and the powder room is downstairs.

Do not move here low life central walls are so thin can hear everything your neighbors do window suck trashy tenets very loud at night my car was broken into kids are so disrespectful and Loud partying all night summer sucks here because you can not have windows open because it's so loud kids damage and jump on cars and in the laundry room it's horrible do not move here!

This is my first apartment living on my own and so far it's been nice here. For a one bedroom, it's $685 plus electric, which isn't bad at all. I think it's a decent size for one person. Everyone is friendly and I haven't had a problem yet. Now, there are a couple things that made my experience less fun but they took care of it right away. The maintenance workers never disappoint. The workers are very professional and always on top of things. The front office is very helpful, especially, the receptionist. She's very nice and takes care of any problems you have right away. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a nice area and reasonable rent.

My fiancé and I just moved into our first apartment together at Victoria Woods and overall, we're thrilled! Although there were a few cosmetic things that needed to be taken care of, management was very prompt in getting them addressed and done properly. Aside from that, the place is über spacious and the location is ideal for both of our daily commutes to work. Just 3 months before our wedding, we are now settling into our first home together...and we found it on Apartments.com!!

I actually ended up moving into the sister location of this complex. BUT I did view this one and met the staff & the ammenties included are superb. Pools & Yard space utilities included except Electricity. Sister complex is a little more in pricing but let's just say "you get what you pay for" I viewed the 1 bedroom at both locations & there's a big difference in space. if you are moving alone or with a spouse this location is prime. However if you have 1 child that is small the 1 bedroom at the sister location is best!
