Property Ratings at Viceroy
Property is lovely and well maintained. The Activities Director and maintenance staff are wonderful (all 3 have worked here for several years and continued when property was sold). New owners, however, made a lot of promises (such as the "coming soon" amenities that are listed) that have no planned start dates. Of the few projects (not listed) that have been started, not one has been completed. In the year since purchase, there has been several property managers come and go. Sad to say, it is doubtful I will renew my lease after being here for several years.
Convenient location, great floor plans, secure, quiet, well maintained, community feel, elevators, garages, balconies, great beauty salon and mailboxes inside the building out of the weather, attentive and efficient management and maintenance staff.

apt community team makes genuine effort to provide enjoyable varied weekly activities including meal get togethers, holiday celebrations, wine down hours, gourmet coffee, breakfast, craft activities, games, and other gatherings. Social Hour for the residents provides great way to meet the other residents, make long term friends, and enjoy your summer, fall, and spring seasons. We visited other facilities, and Attiva offered more activities than other comparable apartment complexes in similar price range.

I have live here 8 months. The staff is amazing. We know them by name. Quiet community, nice amenities and a real sense of community. Friendly neighbors and lots of opportunities to connect.

The maintenance people are great. Are prompt and good at what they do. I appreciate that.
The management does a great job in meeting my needs of service for my residence. They are courteous, attentive and knowledgeable. Prompt in attending to requests, neat in the work and appearance.
We always speak about Attiva when asked where we live. We love this place.
Any senior citizen would love it here. Not only is the staff loving and friendly and they go out of their way to help you, but we the residents are the same way. Liz our lovely manager even hauled my groceries to the 3rd floor. How many managers do you know that does that.
Attivia is close to NEW downtown Grand Prairie, has activities for people living here, some of us can not go out as much, apts are clean, pretty, and friendly. Residents are good group that support each other and many have been here for several years.
I love living at Attiva Central Park. I love the location and convenience to all the things I do. I feel very safe.
I've lived at ASPENS/ATTIVA since April 1, 2014. Our current Management and Maintenance staff is courteous, responsive, and, experienced, prompt to respond, and conversive. Quite approachable. In my residency, I've had less problems than when I maintained my own home. The atmosphere is pleasant, residents are courteous and friendly. Groups activities are pleasant and enjoyable. Rental cost is "in line" with comparable facilities. I think new clients will enjoy it, too !!
I have been at Attiva Central Park 3 months and the people in the office are all kind and go beyond to make sure you have what you need and everything is in it place. Daisy and Miguel went above to bring me a package that was sent to the wrong apartment, it was heavy together they brought it to my apartment. Special thanks to them. Finally a place to live that is quiet, respectful, and fun. The amenities and opportunities are great. Our own little oasis in the middle of the DFW area. It's great to me home.
As long as things remain "as is", I know of no other place, such as ATTIVA, that I had rather be. Any living conditions or entertainment that I require are available on site or nearby. Lease rates are "in line" with other similar properties.
Attiva is home for active seniors, with a good location. It is very accessible. I feel safe and comfortable in Attiva

This community has been my home since 2014. The atmosphere at Attiva is very tranquil. My neighbors and management are the best! The area offers lots of nearby shopping and dining.

Attiva Central Park is a quiet peaceful home for persons age 55 . It is a community of people living together in a warm environment where the staff is active and helpful in providing us information and keeping residents informed of various activities. The amenities are awesome and the property is kept neat and clean. Maintenance concerns are usually addressed within 24 hours when possible. I plan to be a resident as long as possible.
Wonderful apartment complex! The staff is profession, kind, and exceeds expectations.
Good place to live. Caring and understanding staff.

An attractive senior apartment complex. Clean, affordable and well managed.
Great management here,great service and wonderful folks that live here if you wish to make friends you most certainly will.
Wonderful placer to live and hang out.Wife and I have been here over 5 years and God willing we will continue with the wonderful friends we have made here.I can say this,there is not one person in this entire complex I do not like.Also being retired fire rescue I appreciate how safely all are taken care of.
Better than most, would prefer to be able to smoke on my balcony outside.
Attiva Central Park is a quiet community that's convenient to shopping, restaurants, etc. The staff here are friendly and courteous, and very helpful. The grounds and apartments are well maintained. It's a good place to live free of maintenance and more secure than a stand alone house. I highly recommend it to anyone 55 .
I checked out several senior living facilities in Arlington Dallas Fort Worth area and the Attiva Central was absolutely the best choice for me!!!

The location is great. The residents are great We had a lot more amenities and things to do, and more socializing before Corona which we miss and we are still paying for!
We love living here. It is very pleasing to me to see Randy taking care of the swimming pool and I don't have to. Every week the grounds crew comes in and takes care of the lawn, trees and the landscape. Love it.
We have had issues like everyplace does but the staff takes care or our complaints quickly. Wandy and Randy have always been prompt and efficient. The office staff are great also. We would love for our friends to move here with us. Mike & Cindy

The overall cleanliness of the property could be improved. The breezeways have debris and bugs. The pool also needs cleaned and vacuumed. Also there are many lights around the courtyard that need replaced.
Ive lived in this community for about 5 years. A few of my neighbors were here when I came. I like my neighbors, I like Atttiva and all it has to offer. I can stay within a 5 mile radius and do everything I need to do, shopping, eating, etc. This was the perfect choice for me.
unless your rich or have a huge amount in savings this place should be avoided.We have a wonderful maintenance team and very nice people in the office,but they have no control over rental rates.Second,we have no security and have had trespassers and break in's,so you move here,your on your own and can only pray your not next or it get's worse.
I have been here for 6 years. My apartment needs painted,patio doors repaired, paint and repaired where water has come in around those doors and run down walls and baseboards and trim. Carpet poor and loose and coming loose from where it is tacked to stripping. The people who work here are great. The people who live here are awesome. Thats why I stay.
