The staff is extremely nice and helpful. My maintenance requests get taken care of urgently l gets done very quickly. The site is extremely clean and tidy.

Since living here for over a year I have found that the staff is very responsive and maintenance is quick. I have enjoyed how well the amenities are kept and the overall treatment of the community. I plan to stay here for at least one more lease!

I've really enjoyed my time here after almost a year. It's safe, clean, friendly and there's lighting around. The management team is very responsive and there were no maintenance needs so far which was great. Everything has worked very smoothly and the place is nice and updated. Neighbors are respectful, the pool is awesome, and I like the little dog park.

Community is well managed and clean and the amenities are very nice. There are some issues with leaks because of how the property was built, but maintenance is very responsive and handles all issues quickly. The maintenance team in general has been great and I can't say enough positive things about them. The apartment could use more soundproofing and the doors are heavy and slam easily because of the wind in the hallways. As with any apartment that uses the service - Valet trash sucks and is extremely unreliable. Total waste of money but you can't opt out. In general though I've enjoyed living here and would recommend the apartment.

Not only is our maintenance team on top of everything but so is our property management team. They’re always so nice and are always responsive to anything we may have to say.

The Vibe is a very quiet community with great amenities opened at all times. The gym is well equipped, there is a nice sauna, steam room and a hot tub.

It’s the right Vibe! No really, always good vibes here and we’re vibing right now! Happy resident for several years and will be renewing again for another year!

I felt the staff was really considerate and good at their good. They were friendly, always answered questions and helped when I had problems. Maintenance was amazing, never took more than a day to fix an issue, worked around my schedule since I work overnights and they didn’t want to disturb me. Clean and respectful complex as well.

Enjoyed my time here. Great amenities very nice staff. Would recommend. When the complex gets full it can be a challenge to find parking spaces but I always used the garage.

Amenities great. Ants and dirty dishwasher upon move-in very off-putting. Trash valet didn't come yesterday despite compliance with instructions. Very loud thumping every day and night from upstairs neighbours, also partying late night on the weekend

Absolutely no sound proofing. You can hear your neighbors next door better than you can hear people in another room of your own unit. Management also doesn't enforce any rules. We've been gone about 2 months and are still replacing furniture and rugs that we couldn't get the smells out of from all the drugs being smoked in neighboring units.

From the moment we came in to see the apartment to moving in, the staff has been great! Alyssa is a fantastic ambassador of the company! She has been very helpful and knowledgeable. While moving we suffered a loss in our family and Alyssa asked me if she could do something. I asked her if she knew of a recommendation for cleaning services to help at my old apartment since my moving would be interrupted. She provided me with a great company and a personal experience she had with them. I am so grateful to be in an amazing apartment with truly great staff that know customer service!

The staff is always very helpful, coffee is wonderful, and overall lovely place to call home. Moved here from Arizona in January of 2020 and we have never had any major issues.

This has been by far my favorite complex to live at! The community is friendly, the landscaping is always beautiful, office staff and maintenance are friendly as well very prompt. I've never had an ongoing wait for a work order to be done. There are so many good things I can say about the property but long story short 10/10.

From 5 stars to as few as I can possibly give. I have lived here going on 2 years now and I cannot wait for my lease to end. This used to be a community filled with respectable people that had common courtesy. What used to be young professionals has turned into rowdy college aged kids. The Vibe has a BEAUTIFUL pool area complete with large jacuzzi, fire pit, sauna, steam room, horseshoes, cornhole, and several grills. The pool area is rendered completely useless due to the gatherings of 20+ people (most that don't live here) climbing walls, underage drinking and drug use, as well as fireworks being shot in the direction of those not participating in their antics. It's difficult to get management to do anything about dogs that are left on the balcony to bark all day. Cops are called due to large parties that are being thrown any given day of the week. Again, nothing is done by management to stop this from happening. Since GriffisBlessing took over, they have added a no smoking (of any kind) to their lease. Even after addressing the issue with other tenants and management, I am unable to open my back door or windows for fresh air since the neighbors like to sit on their patio and chain smoke. If you want a quiet place to live, The Vibe isn't the place for you.

I have lived here for a year and have nothing but good things to say. The office staff, maintenance guys, and community are amazing. I couldn't recommend a safer or closer-knit place to invest your life in.

The leasing staff at the Vibe was so helpful in my cross-country move, especially during these unprecedented times of COVID-19. They had everything ready and made the process as smooth as possible.

Dont move in until amenities are what they promised. Unfortunately Rent isnt worth what youre getting without the amenities.

The front desk have no idea what they're doing. I was charged rent 3 times for the month of May, and they had no idea how to refund my money. It took disputing the charges with my bank.

The Vibe community is a haven for young, working professionals who need a place to unwind and have fun after a long day. Every amenity you could possibly want is available and is balanced for a diverse crowd. During the summer, I feel like I'm living in a destination resort. My time here at The Vibe has been fantastic and I feel like I'm regularly living in luxury. The units are unique and fabulously designed for maximize space and design. Most places you have to wait for days to hear any response from maintenance or management over issues or concerns. Not the case at The Vibe, where it feels like they're available at your beck and call, despite having a very large complex to manage. I feel like a valued resident at all times.

When searching for my apartment, everyone I encountered at The Vibe was friendly and provided all the information I asked for. Once I moved in, there were some issues with my apartment and maintenance was there the same day to help out. Overall I have had a great experience with management and maintenance and have enjoyed all that The Vibe has to offer!

The Vibe is honestly a beautiful place to call home! The interiors are brilliant and fresh, the location is ideal for privacy yet accessibility to SO many necessities (shopping, restaurants, fitness, trails, etc. ), the outside it simple and lovely, and the team here is super friendly and helpful. Plus the amenities are so fantastic!
