Property Ratings at Via Vista Apartment Community
Our back patio is unsafe for my kids due to debris constantly falling from above, including broken glass (as shown in the attached photo). I also have persistent mildew issues—though I’ve been told it’s “not mold”—despite it appearing in multiple windows. It even looks like it has been previously painted over rather than properly addressed. Maintenance claims my diffuser is the cause, yet the issue exists in every window. Additionally, our building has a “porch dog” that is always outside barking, and a foul odor is coming from that area. I have been overcharged multiple times and had to fight to get my money back. This entire experience has been a disaster. My dishwasher was replaced with one that has a strange odor and visible rust. My kids' rooms are unbearably cold due to a complete lack of insulation in the apartment. I would not recommend living here.

Management is not attentive or supportive of issues. We moved into a unit that was not cleaned and infested with roaches. I had to fight with management to get us out.
People in the office, maintenance and pest control personnel are awesome. Kind. Helpful. The facility itself is less-than-average and overpriced for existing physical conditions.

I love this apartment community! It's in a great area, the apartments are clean and bug-free, and the layouts are beautiful. The kitchens actually have space to cook! The staff is helpful and they truly care about the residents. Maintenance requests are handled very promptly.

I would definitely not recommend this place to anyone I moved out earlier from my apartment because I bought my own property We payed on beginning 300$ deposit We never got this money back !!! We lived there for only 3 months, they charged us for deep cleaning carpet , deep cleaning oven , painting , everything from our deposit money. Make sure you mark every single detail broken or damage in the apartment because on the end of your lease , they will assign to you and of course charge you for that So disappointed place , Simon
