Best deal for the middle class

I moved in 3 decades ago and the cost and environment have been so good. It has allowed me to do all the things I wanted to do on a modest budget. It was one of the few things I did in my life that has paid consistent dividends in lifestyle and comfort. My neighbors and neighborhood are a continuous delight for me. I couldn't have made a better decision.
