Veranda Vistas

Love it here!!!!. All the staff are extremely helpful in whatever you need. The building is always nice and clean, thanks to the residential cleaning lady ( Jeannie ) this place fill like home thank to Abby, Oscar, Maverick, and everyone. I almost forgot Russ who is the shuttle driver. Who takes the residents shopping and outings. , the maintenance who keeps this place up and running.

Home feel! Great price, great staff, big family, pet friendly we all clean up after our pets an you will fit in as long as you do. We care about our home we are 55 and old so we are quiet after dinner and respectful of each other. Come join our family. We watch out after each other and so does our management.

The management here at Veranda Vistas Apartments specifically Abby and Oscar are awesome. Whenever I need anything or have a question it's always answered with a smile and a welcome. They are the second management team that's been here since I've been here and 100% better, I just can't say enough about them. Also whenever I need anything fixed or installed the maintenance staff are on top of it right away, and friendly every step of the way. Like any place it has its issues but considering this is apartment living I can't think of any other apartments being a better experience than this one.

My husband and I have lived at Veranda Vistas for almost 2 years now. This place was the perfect transition for us after being homeowners for nearly 30 years! We have met so many new friends while enjoying weekly community events. The staff are friendly and responsive, and our work orders are usually taken care of within the day. The apartments are stunning. We have a courtyard view, and it always feels like a holiday!

I liked the apartment, but I feel they lied to me about the month-to-month pricing. I usually keep very good records, but this is a rare exception as I changed email servers and lost my email exchanges. They quoted me $100. per month upcharge, and then changed it to $250. I would also say the apartments are like any other, they have thin walls, so it sounds like someone is in the apartment when they are out in the hall. Every conversation can be heard. They also have a hot tub and heated pool, but they are only available during the summer. So you can only use the hot tub when it's 90 degrees out. I was so looking forward to enjoying the hot tub once the weather was cool enough, only to find out it's closed.

If you don’t mind pot smoke and/or cigarette smoke emanating through the halls, then move on in! We mentioned this issue to the management several times, but in the end, there’s not much they can do if they don’t know who’s doing it. They also had three different office managers during our nine months of living there. We felt this was not a good place to live with our daughter. We broke our lease to move out and they said we will be charged an almost $2700 termination fee. I would avoid this place.
