Property Ratings at Veranda Riverside
Read all the bad comments and trust them. People here are rude, loud, and do not pick up after their dogs. There’s blasting music, people screaming at each other at midnight and constant dog barking. The roaches are bad. The manager (not Eric (he’s great)) seems to not care. It’s really not even gated because the front gate is NEVER closed so it allows homeless people to dig through the crash and sleep in their cars. The parcel lockers don’t work. I’ve ask for something to be repaired and it’s been 1-2 months since the initial interaction. I give it a -5/10. I would break my lease if I could.

And we are loving our place. Erick, from the beginning, was so helpful in regards to the whole process. Kept contact and updated us every step of the way. A little hiccup on move-in day, but he was there to help us still. We had a budget and we spent months searching before the big move all the while getting ready for our new baby. He made working with our timeline great. Yes, little things here and there, but they are good to respond in a timely manner and take care of the concerns. Thanks so much, Erick!

It’s ROACH INFESTED…! Been there for almost 2 years and it was horrible..! Dogs on balconies/ off leashes…! Homeless bathing in the pool, cops always there, tubs, counters, sinks all peeling..! They sprayed it for the roaches every month..! DOES NOT WORK, we bombed it ourselves..! STILL didn’t work..! Lost money and time by having to take everything out to spray it and to bomb it..! It was renew when I moved in, I moved out two weeks ago and it’s veranda..! Just ask the neighbors… that’s all u have to do..!

This place is horrible. Looks nothing like the beautiful place advertised. Roaches. Drugs & drug dealers. People outside blaring music all day & night. They raise the rent every couple months. No management onsite ever. Terrible horrible place.

Take heed and DONT rent here! I was warned prior to moving but needed a place and didn’t think this would be as a bad as I was told and it is...HORRIBLE place! I’m clean and have been here almost a month and it’s there’s ROACHES these ppl here are dirty. The apartment wasn’t ready and I was lied to and told it was...Another staff member told me he told the office lady that it wasn’t and she still told me it was. So much is wrong with this apartment it’s sad...planning on getting a lawyer.
As a tenant for 2 years now. I can say that the property has gone downhill in the last year. There is no iup keep on the outside appearance and they do not follow through on maintaining problems that occur inside the units when reported. I am very disappointed on how the property has become and the lack of concern by management Nd corporate. There is trash all over the property and it is becoming a nuisance. We have homeless people living on the property at night and people who do not live here roaming the property. What once was a place to be proud to live in has now become a bit shameful.
The barbecues aren't working, still among a few other selling points of the community are not usable. The pool, spa.

I don't feel as if our needs and concerns are taken serious by the manager. The manager seems to be more concerned about the appearance of patios than the service and repairs of the apartment that we are paying 1554 for.
The rent is at a rather high rate. This is an old complex, and needs many updates.
