So far everything is going good. Been focusing on work lately but the apartment has been working out. Haven't checked out much of the amenities here but the pool was a little chilly when I went in. Some noisy pets in my building as well. But overall nice area just bad signal with my phone so hard to make phone calls.

I have lived in many apartment complexes and by far this is the best one. Very nice amenities as well as inside the units. Only issue we have had in two years is a fire alarm malfunction.

A Maintenance Manager has joined the team (approximately 2 weeks) and has not been introduced to the community. The guy is doing a very good job, his collaboration in rescuing the community is evident. Some amenities are neglected, the gardens are ugly, it's just dry land with dog poop. The grill located at the pool has been closed for 1 year and 6 months. They only schedule 2 activities for the community monthly and they only do 1 or none. The pool furniture is very old and discolored.

Moving out as soon as the lease is finished. Maybe even before. For the past couple of months I'm being charged for rental insurance, which I already have through Allstate. I have to meet them to have it removed. Apparently some one dropped garbage by my door area and I'm been charged $25 for it. Vera has mandatory charges for valet thrash, mail fetch and recreational, totals $60 every month. No use!. There are no cold drinks in the rec room All the apartments that I've recently seen has it and it's free. I'm done. Hope this is more than 140 characters.

The staff does not demonstrate experience in customer service. Maintenance does not clean the trash from the trash cans in the amenities, mail center, pool, the trash cans are always full of trash for days. The green areas are very neglected and full of dog poop. The floors of the stairs and hallways are dirty and stained. The appliances in the apartments are very worn out from use and are not replaced. The trash rooms are full of cockroaches and accumulated trash. If you request maintenance online, it takes more than two weeks to repair the request.

Pros: Easy move in. Clean apartments. Less noise. Friendly community. Helpful office managers. Cons: The internet signal/phone reception is bad in our building when we first move in so it was difficult to contact people online/over the phone. We had to go outside just to have reception. The good thing though is they have a computer room where you can use the computers for free- its very helpful for people who just move in and have paperworks to do and have deadlines. The gate is always open on daytime. A lot of people come in and out, I dont know if they live here or not. Some people don’t pick up their pet’s mess and just let them poop in front of people’s patio. I know this is not management fault but its disgusting.

We enjoyed our the treatment we received when arranging for our move. There were some glitches, but that way do to our part in failure to finalizing the application form. But with their helpful assistance things very smooth.
Everything is very quiet here, the pool is well maintained, the gym too, Neysha's attention is very good, we love living here. The apartments are very spacious and very well maintained, if you need any repairs in your apartment the maintenance team will be there immediately to repair it.

Excellent staff! My brother found this apartment for me and he lives in Portland, Maine!!! The amenities are great and my neighbors are very nice. I work from home overnight and I'm quite surprised that I'm able to sleep during the day and work overnight with no disturbances. I'm so happy to be here!

There is a single reason why I continue to rate at 4 or higher - Maintenance. These gentleman are responsive, solutions- oriented and professional. That said, I recently had to be away for a full month. I made that knowñ at front office and received confirmation/acknowledgement. Also gave permission to enter the apartment in my absence. I returned home to a refrigerator/freezer of food that had to be discarded (100%) and the task of cleaning /deodorizing. A building wide ir complex wide event did not prompt an action to check circuit breaker in the apartment though I understand other tenants experienced and reported in real time. This is the 2nd time I experienced this ( advised to notify my insurance ) and loss of $$. Not good.

My time at Vera has been wonderful so far. Its location is quiet, peaceful, and lush while also being very convenient for amenities and nearby restaurants and stores. The interior of the room is sleek and modern, and the exterior grounds are well-kept and beautiful. Would recommend!

By far the absolute best place I have ever lived in. Everyone is very nice and friendly. Management is super helpful and actually cares for you. I definitely am not going anywhere else for a very long time.

I've lived here for 2 years. Living here is like living on a permanent vacation at a resort. It's beautiful, the office staff is amazing, the maintenance staff is prompt and very friendly. I absolutely LOVE it here!

Beautiful, great location. Vies is unbelievable, spacious, clean the pool is very nice too. Pet friendly even a dog park, car wash, vacuums.

Ive been here for three years now! Still going strong with me and my now 2 year old son! I love the environment and the area! One of the best apartment living complexes!

Staff and maintenance are nice and responsive. The walls and floors are not insulated so you have to get used to heavy walkers and loud talkers. Pool is nice. Nice walkable neighborhood

Overall experience has been ok. The maintenance team is amazing! The office staff are friendly. The only issues are that the units are extremely noisy due to the lack of insulation/sound proofing, you can hear every little noise. The last few years have attracted nothing but problem tenants for the community between dog poop, constant smoking issue, and the front gate being broken routinely due to people trying to run through the gate before it closes. There seems to always be a lot of people coming into the community who do not live here that are damaging the gate. There has also been an increase in service fee's with no option of opting out of the service. The office also routinely sends community emails to try and curb the resident issues, but its similar to an elementary school teacher always saying stop/don't. They never seem to evict anyone for violating the rules that were signed for the lease.
The staff are so very welcoming and helpful. I made a great choice! The property is very clean and well-maintained. I would refer this property to anyone looking for a peaceful environment. I love my new place!!!

I have been a resident here at Vera for 3 years now. I love how the community is always well maintained, clean, and has various activities throughout the month to engage in. I also appreciate how fast the maintenance team responds to your request. The location is also another factor that I consider a plus, easy access to the highway and many restaurants in the near surrounding area. I would definitely recommend Vera for anyone looking for a safe, modern, and well maintained place to live!
