I’ve been living here for over a year as one of the very first residents, and honestly, this place is absolutely not worth the price. Management spends money decorating the lobby and common areas, but the interiors of the units are poorly built—walls, finishes, and cabinetry are all low quality. Before move-in, we were suddenly told construction and cleaning weren’t finished and our move-in had to be delayed a week. At first they even tried to push us into a different unit that didn’t meet our needs. When we finally moved in, the floors were sticky with footprints, counters were covered in dust, and some cabinets were already cracked. Nothing looked or felt like a “brand-new” apartment. Within the first month, we had a major ant infestation—our cabinets were full of ants, and pest control didn’t come until a week later. The parking garage has never been properly cleaned, with piles of dead crickets everywhere. Fire alarms also go off randomly, often at night or early morning, and last several minutes. It’s unbearable for people and absolute torture for our cats. Valet trash has recently stopped following schedule, leaving us to drag our garbage back inside for an entire weekend. Recycling bins in the garage are constantly overflowing. And now, the most frustrating part: we were issued a noise violation without any verification. What’s even creepier is the timing—this happened right after we submitted our NTV form. It honestly feels like management is preparing excuses in advance to withhold our security deposit. We have camera footage proving we weren’t making noise at night. Yet the office chose to believe only the downstairs neighbor without ever checking with us. We were accused of making noise in the master bedroom between 11 PM and 2 AM, but we stopped using that room more than six months ago because of constant disturbing noises coming from elsewhere. That room now just has a computer, and we don’t even allow our cats inside after 10 PM. So, does management actually investigate situations, or do they just forward complaints without question? It feels like no matter how much patience and tolerance we show, we just end up facing more unfair treatment

Don’t move here. It’s a great idea in theory but besides a georgeous clubhouse and pool area, the apartments are poorly built and there are pest issues. 2/10 because seriously, the clubhouse is nice and it smells great, otherwise it would be 0/10.

Although the apartments are new and look decent, they are very poorly constructed. You will hear every single step your upstairs neighbors take. Your entire apartment will shake and rattle. If you happen to live under someone with a dog or child, good luck. The walls are paper thin. Key fobs rarely work so doors are propped open which defeats the purpose of locked doors. Not only do you have to pay for “valet trash” services, you also get charged a monthly fee for normal trash. Terrible cell service in the building.

I work across the street at ARC and I was beyond excited to move to this brand new complex. The clubhouse was beautiful and I loved the perceived safety of the apartment. However, after 10 months I can honestly say I can’t wait to get out of here. My best friends husband mentioned during my housewarming party that this is a very poorly build apartment. He pointed out cracks along the ceiling that I embarrassingly didn’t even notice and there is high humidity in some of the apartments. His comment was confirmed during the recent storm when my apartment were among quite a few with roof damage and leaks, which still haven’t been fixed. Even one of the managers had her roof leaking and some damage, and she works here. I’ve also been battling a silverfish infestation since February and have literally taped my windows shut to prevent them. It didn’t stop one of them from crawling in my ears while I was asleep. All in all, I would say the cons weigh out the pros and I can’t wait to live literally anywhere else. The apartment complex is a year and a half old and they are already having issues that most older building don’t have. It’s pretty from far though!

This is a nice place to live. Kinda has a resort feel to the design. I wish they would use more insulation between floors so you don’t hear your upstairs neighbor but other than that it’s nice.

It’s early but I have enjoyed my new apartment home and feel the community over all is a great place to call home. The apartments are beautiful, well thought out and comfortable.

Nice place to live. Lots of shopping and restaurants in the area. Easy to get to Hwy183A.

We’re nearly halfway through the lease, and fed up with staffing and management. - Fire alarms go off every other week, sometimes 3am in the morning - Crickets flood the garage and hallways - Amenities always under construction - Doors left open or unlocked (Defeats the purpose of have key fobs); We’ve had trespassers come in and smoke weed in our business offices - Construction workers have zero consideration for residents - Certain leasing staff shrug their shoulders when issues or questions are brought up because they simply don’t know anything - Maintenance request don’t get resolved unless we continuously remind them ourselves IN PERSON - When we moved in - they didn’t have our wifi set up for a month - Our unit has filthy floors when we moved in, nails hanging from places, cabinets falling apart, stains, etc. - Most recently, they let workers into our storage unit without any notice at all It’s a brand new complex and beautiful at first glance, but these people don’t know what they’re doing and it makes living here stressful. The rent is too high here for us to have to deal with a complex that is unfinished and is guided by ill-advised individuals.

I have loved living at Vera Cedar Park. The building is gorgeous and my apartment is beautiful and spacious. The leasing team (Sam, Chris, and Sairah) have been a pleasure to work with and are all around wonderful people! I have enjoyed attending the resident events and meeting my neighbors and their dogs. I would definitely recommend Vera to friends and family looking for a new home in Cedar Park.

Happy to be a resident here! To start off the leasing team was amazing and made the whole process so easy and pleasant. The property is beautiful and has great amenities. My unit is perfect and has a gorgeous view. The location is also great, within a 2-5 minute drive from everything you could need.

The Vera Cedar Park is an amazing place to call home. The amenities provide a feeling of being "home". It is a beautifully decorated home that makes you feel you are on vacation. The leasing agents are pleasant and are accommodating.

I inquired about a move in on 12/18...and Nick met me after hours (they close at 5:00 PM & I arrived at 5:30) to do a hard hat tour. He is genuine, honest, and super upbeat and positive. Very refreshing to speak to him when I was starving after a long drive in from Houston and overwhelmed/tired from apartment hunting. Nick followed through with his word about asking the construction/management team about some details I was curious about (yards, smart locks, 3rd party partnerships/discounts...etc.). To my surprise, the property manager Grace followed up with me after responding to Nick's follow up that I applied at another property due to some aggressive specials. It was nice to know that they have transparency on the admin side which helps with communication and service. I didn't have to get frustrated with things getting lost in translation or slipping through the cracks. Although I am not 100% sure I will be living at Vera just yet, I can say that my hard hat tour with Nick and customer service with Grace has been nothing but exceptional.
