I live here for more than 20 years! If it were not that good, I would have moved out long time ago. Both the management and the maintenance team are very helpful and take good care of the tenants, especially us, seniors. Thank you Ventura Terrace team!

I’ve been living in the community for 4 years now. My kids and I really like it. I love that there’s an Elementary school right across the street. The staff is super nice and professional. Hopefully we get to live here for many years.

I have been living here for a couple of weeks and so far I am feeling very comfortable and right at home. The complex is so well kept, maintenance is responsive, and parking (a huge priority when looking at apartments) is super easy. Guest parking and street parking always open. The community is pretty quiet and I love being so close to nearby stores and the freeway.

Ventura Terrace Apartments are an excellent place to live. There is plenty of open space; for downstairs apartments and bungalows there is a nice backyard space. The apartments are well maintained (both interior problems and outside maintenance).

Ventura Terrace apts. have been a great place for us to settle in as a working family with a child in grade school. The grounds are kept clean and maintenance is friendly and prompt in responding to any concerns. The office staff is great in explaining move-in procedures and really makes you feel welcome even during screening. Overall it is a welcoming place you can call home wether it is short or long term.

Well kept grounds, on the ground-floor apartments, plenty of garden space in the backyard patio area. Also plenty of beautiful trees and bushes in a park-like atmosphere.

While I ultimately did not rent from Ventura Terrace (ended up needing an apartment closer to work), I do want to write a review highlighting their management. I am several states away but still felt like I was on site during my virtual tour conversation. The unit had great closet space and new appliances and the grounds were really expansive and beautiful. I interacted with Frank and Justin, both of whom were extremely helpful and kind people. All of my questions were promptly answered and I never felt any pressure throughout the process. I’ve rented for a long time and know that it can be hard to find property managers who actually want to work with you, so it was a huge relief to feel comfortable with these people right away. If I end up needing to move again I will for sure check back with Ventura Terrace.

We love our apartment with our little yard (something you can never find in apartment complexes it seems). The location is great, the parking is never a problem, the grounds are beautiful and well-kept, the community itself is quiet and respectful and a great place for families and children. We really enjoy our spot here and recommend it highly to friends!

Ventura Terrace is an extremely clean community and I feel safe coming to the property, both very important factors in deciding on choosing a place to live. The management is also very receptive to anything brought to their attention, which is not the norm for many of the other communities around them. This is a solid place for anyone to call home!
