Great apartments, great neighbors, walk to the beach, tasteful decor without ruining the beach vibe, a vibe outside but quiet inside. Glorious light and plants and doggie friendly too

Best location on the West Side and incredible staff. Not a ton of frills but classy and happy vibes all around. The chaotic package room is oddly efficient and kind of fun. The parking and guest parking storage options are great. No closet space, but great balconies. Having a central courtyard dog section is the greatest element. Venice of course does get seedy at times in general, and we would not be able to have a dog if not for the ability to walk them at night in a protected space.
