They just did our inspections and omg the team was so unorganized and the manager is so rude and unprofessional. We have been here for a total of three years and owners are always asking to do something new every year. But this year took the cake. The team tried to help me, dude, my schedule and my kids being out of school but he manager was so unhelpful and so rude. I'm so tired of this place. They are way too expensive.Do not move here. The turnover is crazy not only with residents but with employees.

Our property never has the office open. We have to drive blocks away to speak to the office team. And if we want to speak to the manager she is never available. I don't get it when she actually has a staff of people helping. Ashley was never to busy to stop and help us. I see why everyone is leaving. It use to be so welcoming here and now its horrible

Vello Valley BTR is a very pleasant community with modern amenities. It offers the privacy of an individual home with now shared walls. There is an excellent leasing team that makes the move very smooth and they are extremely helpful.

This office is never opened. The owners don't care about us at this property anymore and it's clear by the constant move outs. The new manager is literally never here and the one time I did see her she had the office locked. The concept of this property was great but the management has gone downhill.

Lots of issues, bills and charges are always changing. Staff hates their job. They need their old team back. Unfortunately this property is falling apart.

My boyfriend and I just moved in about a month ago and we love the community. The office staff has been amazing. They definitely do need a full staff because the girls are running back and forth from our property to the new one. But other than that they are amazing. Maintenance is very responsive and help with everything.

Everything for the most part has been great. A few floorboards starting to /\ but nothing to drastic. I enjoy the space and the area is safe. I have been here by myself for about a month, I believe, as my partner is still transitioning out here, so safety is important. It’s fairly dark at night, but that’s mainly because my neighbor sleeps with their window open so I cannot turn my porch light on (no fault to the housing complex). Other than that, the lighting is great, the appliances are nice, and my cat was able to adjust fairly quick

Very spacious homes. They have a nice playground on the property. Its a great location near everything. The office team is very responsive and caring. The maintenance guys are amazing and have a fast response time with work request. We are going on our second year and we love it here!

Very expensive small properties and you pay all utilities. Each unit comes with solar on top but you do not benefit from this. You pay all utilities which electricity is by far the most expensive, cost can range from 200 to 400 a month even during the winter. Each utility is serviced by a third party company which you then pay a service fee. Units were cheaply made and rushed to get in tenants. Though, any repairs needed have been done as asked and on time. Gym, pool and community center are nice but gym is small which can get crowded. There is no security that patrols area. Property managers are nice and the maintenance team is great. Community is quiet but streets can be crowded for parking. You can rent a home for far less then what you can rent the cheapest unit here for. I will be leaving once my lease is up.

although Vello Valley rental rates are high, I believe you get what you pay for. all appliances included is a plus, the space is a plus the area (#1) is a plus and the fact that it has a private backyard is defiantly a plus.

Moving to this property is definitely a big change! In a wonderful way considering my wife and I came from a smaller unit. We love it here, even being still under construction the property is still very clean, very quiet, spacious, and inviting. The area location is great for my wife and I to take evening walks. This was definitely a great transition for us!

As soon as you walk out your home you’re confronted with garbage flowing in the streets and right at your front door. During the tours they hide this fact and only show you certain areas of the community. Once you move in trash will literally blow into your home. The homes are very nice but the landscaping isn’t maintained.
