The Antelope Valley region sits in the northernmost stretches of Los Angeles County. Property Ratings at Vello Crossings
We were in the middle of a job transition. So we were going to be a little late on our rent, but we would have paid it in full by the 15th. The new manager said exact words, that if we did not have it in when she wanted it on the 10th 5 days before we could get it, she was evicting us. In the only way for us to avoid eviction was to move out.She literally pushed us out over 5 days.I have never lived at a more horrible place. She had no compassion or understanding. I completely understand that the owners have bills to pay also, but to completely threatened us with eviction over five days is insane

The manager is literally sitting there well poor Heather is the only one that is working. They lost the 2 main girls and now everything is horrible. Thank goodness my lease is up in October. Billing is horrible and they want to charge for everything.

Vello Crossings is a beautiful community. The gym, pool, all new top of the line appliances. Staff is friendly and welcoming. Love it here and think I’ll stay for a few years.
