Located in Stamford's South End district, Harbor Point is a beautiful waterfront neighborhood along Long Island Sound. In addition to Harbor Point's apartment communities, this mixed-use area features restaurants, shops, office space, a boardwalk, several parks, and a variety of marinas. Harbor Point is a terrific Stamford neighborhood. It is only about a five-minute walk to the Stamford Transportation Center, one of the city's largest railroad stations. The peninsula borders I-95 along the north side, and the vast and beautiful Kosciuszko Park occupies the southern tip of Harbor Point. This seven-acre, waterfront park includes ball fields, a playground, walking trails, and picnic areas.

Great community, no issues. Staff works really hard, the cleaning team is incredible!!!! Maintenance team is quick and on top of it and respectful. The halls and grounds are super clean. Staff in the office and front desk are helpful and professional!

The elevators constantly have issues. The loading dock door is never closed which offers little to no building security. Getting mail/packages is always a headache. The garage door is not always closed again offering little to no security. The lighting in the garage is minimal.

BEWARE!!! Leasing office is awful. They are arrogant and dismissive. They continually do not follow up. False charges show up on monthly rent and getting repairs done is a nightmare. Do not live here if you value your sanity.

I don't like being in a fishbowl in the back of the apartment. You can see right into everyone's apartment. :) But it's fine..it's not a deal breaker or I wouldn't tell someone not to live here b/c of it.

Submitted allocation and security deposit was deducted from my bank. More than a week later I have been trying to get a status and decision on the application. Still no answer. No sense of urgent and respect for applicants time. Rebecca, Nick, and Shakira will bounce your call around.

I've been living at the Vault for the past three years, it has been a great experience. Absolutely loved the layout of the apartment, the community, and easy access to highway and train station. The residents were very friendly.

I would recommend this apartment community based off of this interaction but wish someone did come sooner since my heating was affected and took a full day to get fixed.

It's a nice place, but a lot of stuff falls through the cracks. It feels like only 1 person is running the place, and that should be fixed.

It is close to the train station as I worked in Mid town so great location. More activities to bring in the people is highly recommended. Book club is great and the wine tastings have worked well.

I'd recommend this community for a few reasons: pet-friendly, location, amenities and great open living spaces. I would just make sure new applicants were aware that communication with management and approvals can be both slow and difficult.

The cleaning of the common areas has been something that lately is not working ok. Since the community became pet-friendly, a lot of odors and unleash dogs around hallways. Overall, the community need more staff, mainly ensuring that everything work properly.

I would only issue I had was with my heating during the winter the heat kept going out and having to fixed seven times. I had no heats for months but still got charged heavily on my electric bill.

I love everything. I love all the amenities inside my individual apartment. Love the size of the bathroom and love the countertops/island and washer and dryer.

I would definitely recommend this apartment community because it is close to the train, stores and is well maintained. The concierge staff are excellent at what they do!!!
Very clean apartments and great staff and amenities. The only reason I might not recommend is because the Apartments hear a lot of noise from neighbors. And the neighbors are not being unreasonable loud, just regular footsteps and some music can be heard

We enjoy living in the vault and the neighborhood, everything is clean, everyone is friendly, we love the ease of everything
I have only lived here a few months but the building is central to Stamford and really close to the train station. The building itself is good quality and apartments promote natural lighting and have nice open space.
I have recommended living here to several people who now live here! I love this place. My favorite place to call Home :)
The building itself is pretty solid. The pool is nice, the gym is big, and the units themselves are in good shape with big open-plan kitchens and new appliances. The management and front desk staff, however, are terrible. The '24/7' front desk staff is almost never around, and the property management group will find every way conceivable to charge more and more fees to residents.

We moved in one year ago . The building was at about. 20% capacity. NOW, IT IS OVER 95%. For the first six months of our residence we had to endure a. Continuous stream of traffic as tours of the building passed our door continuously. The noise has suggested sided. We are grateful it was very challenging and disruptive. I feel that the staff is very nosey and there is very little privacy in my personal opinion. I have safety concerns as well. The deadbolt can be opened from outside even when deadbolted from within. I have had a strange man. Knock on my door and ask me to open door.It also took me over two months to complete the renewal process. The building has kids, but beware it's not a kid-friendly building. DOUBLE CHECK ANY AND ALL DOCUMENTS. YOU SIGN!
