The Vaseo allows you to feel like they are a huge community but you can still feel at home. It is very peaceful and it sometimes feels like your not even living in an apartment because of how cozy the apartments are. If you ever have any concerns in the apartment the maintenance guys are always on top of getting the work done and make sure they meet you where your needed to complete the work. They always call in advanced to set up an appointment to meet your busy schedules which was greatly appreciated! Highly recommend this apartment complex and all the great lifestyles it suits!!!

RENTERS BE AWARE
No matter how clean you leave your apartment after moving out they will charge YOU for the cleaning they do on their end for the next resident. Say goodbye to your security deposit and say hello to the additional charges to your account after moving out. Beautiful apartment with lovely staff-- just leaves a bitter taste in your mouth.

The best feature at Vaseo are the nice size patios. You can enjoy sitting out there when it is cooler and your dog can hang out with you as well. It makes apt living a tad homier. Vaseo apts are a comparable size than many others. Services definately improvement to make better living.

My clean apartment is overrun with cockroaches despite pest control coming out several times. They have now begun closing my service requests without contacting me or dealing with the request. They do not answer incoming calls or return voicemails.

I really love my unit and layout, but the security system needs a serious upgrade. This community is too big for just one security guard, and we need a better way to contact them for non-emergencies. Adding a camera system would be a smart move by management to keep residents safe. The pool bathrooms are getting vandalized, and there are always sketchy people coming and going. Unfortunately, I've had my car broken into and had some unwelcome attempts at my door. Still, despite these issues, I'm overall loving the living experience. The pools, amenities, community store, and the friendly management make it worthwhile.

This is a really nice place to live. I really enjoy the resort, style pool, Jacuzzi and gym on site. I I feel safe here and I enjoy the location being nearby local hiking trails.

Nice place to live. Beautiful landscapes, lots of trees, grass and plants well kept. Is Usually pretty quiet. Some ponds and small waterfalls.

I love living here so far, I have a loft and the space is great for the price! The apartment has a lot of big windows which lets in a lot of light which was important to me as a plant owner. The landscape is well maintained and there is a lot of spaces to walk our dog especially the large dog park. There is a lot of trash around the complex which hinders the appearance.

I love living out for sale very convenient area. Everything you need is right here that he even have a on-site store which is very convenient. Everybody’s very nice here at the sale. I am happy all the way around great decision to move in.

This will be my third year at Vaseo. Me and my three kids have been comfortable here since day one. The office staff and maintenance are very kind and work hard for this huge complex. All of the maintenance team are always very nice and hard working and do all their work in a timely manner. This team is the best property owners I have ever had the pleasure of dealing with in all the apartments I have lived in. The only reason I would not renew my lease eventually, is due to me and my 3 kids needing more space.

Overall, I am very satisfied with my apartment through vesaho affordable. However, in the past 6 months or so I can see that the grounds are not kept up as nicely the pool area that's below my apartment does not have its chairs arranged like it used to really pretty and also the fountains are not working which is just a pure shame

My initial contact at the leasing office was warm and welcoming. Breckenridge wad my leasing agent who showed me around. I was very impressed . She was so nice and informative and helped me thru the application processed and after. The property was very clean and had good vibes which is important to me. I love the location and it's close to everything I require like shopping and restaurants. Overall very satisfied with my choice.

The Vaseo Apartments are a caring community, with planned activities and incredible recreation areas. I really love my high end kitchen and high ceilings. The Office Staff are exceptional. I have lived here about 3 years and will be renewing my lease.
