Located just one mile north of Downtown San Francisco, Cathedral Hill was named after the breathtaking Cathedral of Saint Mary that sits on the north end of the neighborhood. As one of San Francisco’s most densely populated areas, Cathedral Hill packs a lot of attractions into a tight section of town. The Opera Plaza Theater features showings of new hit movies and classic older films throughout the week.
Gough Street and Van Ness Avenue run through Cathedral Hill/Intermission. There’s no shortage of cool restaurants and bars here, and they’re all near neighborhood apartments for rent. Pläj Scandinavian Restaurant & Bar is a neat place known for their octopus salad. the billing system is a complete mess. Company charges $4.50 monthly for statements that are rarely accurate. Random fees and inexplicable charges often appear, leaving tenants with confusing totals that have no clear explanation. It’s evident that the statement company is overcharging for a service they fail to deliver reliably, leaving tenants to deal with the fallout of inaccurate financial records. This lack of accountability and consistency is incredibly frustrating.

Vance is the most miss-managed, disrespectful, and horrific living experience I have had in my life. Please be sure to avoid living here at all costs
Good luck accessing help if you need it! Management completely ignores residents in need of help, especially if there are complaints or problems that Vance is responsible for. Don't rent here
Get ready to get ghosted by management and have your property damaged by the garage, or deal with leaks in your ceiling that aren't fixed for months, etc.
Living here is wonderful. I don’t have no complaints about the issue of the building just minor issues that needs to be addressed before I get out of control. I would love to recommend other people, but please the little issue can be a big issue. If it doesn’t be addressed I love being here. I’m looking forward to continue living here. Take care.!!

Management does not do its job, there are multiple people constantly in the lobby who don’t pay rent, DoorDash drivers park their bikes where ever they want while not paying for parking.
Vance is a nice community. Friendly staffs Central city located at SanFrancisco. Easily accessible to everyones for public transportation, hospitals Pharmacy, grocery stores in house zym and beautiful rooftop
