All staff members are so Awesome including our Maintenance staff. Any problems with maintenance is usually taken care of promptly. It's a nice place to live in, But utilities are ridiculously high.We pay for every expense you can think of! Now it's even mandatory we have Internet for another 60 dollars a month! Time to make memories somewhere else??

The staff are good respectful people. The appartments however are a little run down and in need of repairs just as much as the laundry facilities. Sucks that the apartments only get fixed when people move out. The safety concerns are getting a little worse. Sadly it does not seem that company cares as much as residents do. The apartments are getting fixed cosmetically which only the outside. The bigger issues are the inside of the apartments, laundry rooms and the laundry machines.

Valley apartment staff is very courteous, helpful and friendly. They make you feel welcomed immediately. Maintenance is on top of problems. Grounds are nice. Playground could be a bit better, but overall I'm happy to be here.

All the neighbors in the general vicinity of the apartment at which I live use to get together and have little cookouts on certain weekends which we do not have anymore or sit outs at night enjoying the evening. It has stopped because. Of the new restrictions put on the complex. A lot of people do not feel like it’s home any longer.

I have lived here for about 3 years now. So far I love living here. The place may not be luxurious but it is calm, quiet and peaceful for my taste. I have never had any issues as far as maintenance goes but when I do. They get resolved right away. For the most part. I have recommended these apartments to others and still do.

Moved in here 2 months ago and am excited to start the summer here! Managers have always been available and helpful since I'm new in town they've been showing me great places to go, and where the best spots to eat are. Pretty quiet complex close to old town and downtown which I really like. A+ :)

Can honestly say this is the homiest apartment community in albuquerque. mostly everyone is friends with each other and the new management team has doubled in size and are so quick to help when I need it. would never dream of leaving this place, my kids love it too much
