The building is new and beautiful, the location is perfect and I think the prices are fair. Everyone is very friendly here, the residents and the staff!

Living at Valentina by Alta has been everything I dreamed of! Location in Little Italy near waterfront park is as good as it gets, living space is high end/comfortable, amenities are lovely, management and maintenance staff truly care about offering the best service and this community is so friendly.

I have toured many apartment communities but Valentina by Alta left a lasting impression on me! Priscilla is the best, I can tell she truly cares and I can't wait for a 1x1 to come up so I can live here! This is close to EVERYTHING and is a short commute to work for me. The walkable area is close to restaraunts and the gym being 24 hours is a plus!

I came down to San Diego to tour an apartment with my cousin. I was quite impressed with the area and the building itself. The assistant property manager, Dan gave us a great tour and also educated us about the area. Their awesome customer service and maintenance team really showed their commitment to guests and residents. I was sold at the end of the tour and ended up becoming my cousin’s guarantor. Not to mention, the views are really amazing. Thank you Dan and the rest of the staff at Valentina for helping us make the right decision!

A top notch location great exposure and plenty to do around the area. I found this out when I toured with Dan who was very helpful and knowledgeable about the property and area. I am looking forward to my anticipated move to downtown San Diego. This property is defiantly on my favorites I have seen.

Beautiful building with modern amenities, I really love it here! Lots to do and eat within walking distance. Management is top notch, one of the best I’ve ever seen. Priscilla is professional and responsive to feedback, and Flint handles maintenance requests quickly and efficiently. Highly recommend.

I had come in to tour the building yesterday and I was impressed. I was a bit hesitant about moving towards downtown, but the location has developed and this building shows it all. Compared to other buildings nearby, the building has technology that makes you feel secure. Not to mention, the decor is upscale and beautiful, it reminded me of a hotel in Europe. I am extremely impressed with how the building has been built especially with the amenities such as the yoga studio and gym. I look forward to moving in and enjoying my time at Valentine. I also have to thank the management staff for their professionalism and information I needed. Dan and Priscilla were caring and helped me get to where I want to be.

We’ve been living here half a year with basically no issues and have loved it! Juan from the maintenance team is so helpful, fixed my request super quickly and even showed me how to easily fix the issue on my own in the future!

I've been a resident for about 4 months now and I could not picture a better place to be in sunny San Diego. Amenities are more than anyone could ask for, and there is a general good sense of community here. The front office is also very well run, and extremely helpful with everything. Shoutout to the whole Valentina Team! Priscilla, Anita, Juan, Flint and Dan for always taking care of all my issues in all-star fashion.

This is a perfect place! leasing experience a breeze. The amenities are top-notch with pool, BBQ spot with amazing views, fire pits and so on. The property is super clean and well maintained. All gates are equipped with smart access system. Super Safe! Everyone I've met here has been very friendly. It's a solid place for a young-professional looking to live in SD. I am very happy to be living here! Also, I'd like to give a big shout-out to Dan! He is super patient with all my questions. He set up everything and gave me detailed instructions for after-hours move-in. He even placed all my packages inside my apartment home! He is awesome! And he is the best Community Consultant I have ever met. Highly recommended!

Came by to tour Valentina and was absolutely pleased with everyone.Staff was willing to answer all questions I had about the area&gave me some great recommendations for yummy spots nearby! I really appreciated the larger floor plans, it’s perfect for me, my partner, and our two dogs!

I moved into Valentina over two years ago and have nothing but good things to say. The property has amazing views and is pet friendly. The staff is extremely attentive and has always gone out of their way to help. This is by far the best building/area for downtown life. I am proud to call this place home and thankful to all the staff.

Valentina is such a wonderful building. The staff is friendly. The common spaces are clean and enjoyable. The best spot to watch the sunsets is the sky terrace! The view of the water from up there is just gorgeous! I definitely recommend Valentina for your next home.

I have lived in this building for about 18 months and it is ideal in every way. The location is fantastic and every treat in the city is an easy walk. As a dog owner, the park across the street is convenient and fun playground. The staff at Valentina are probably the highlight though. Everyone is warm and friendly and helpful. Any issue is addressed and remedied promptly and I know they’re always looking out for me. I moved to a new unit mid-lease with zero hassle. Priscilla is amazing - and has a never ending bowl of dog treats for my friend. Highly recommend this gem of a building.

Love this place so much!! This apartment is so private and secure. I love how it’s small so you know your neighbors. We’ve lived here for more than a year now and it’s honestly the best apartment we’ve ever lived in. The staff are amazing, maintenance is very efficient, you’re surrounded with so many great restaurants, GREAT views, super pet-friendly and amenities are top notch. Anyone who visits us always compliments how beautiful our place is!

The amenities are great (the gym has everything you would ever need) and the leasing and maintenance staff are helpful, friendly, and approachable. Not only are the apartments and community spaces beautiful, the staff are reliable and communicative and I can trust that any problems will be fixed quickly. While the building is still under construction, the community events are fun and we really like our neighbors. And you can't beat the location!
