I've lived in this building since not long after it first opened. The location is great and the units are quite nice. However, the building was purchased by a new ownership group several months ago. The new management are slow in correcting numerous maintenance issues around the property and unresponsive to calls to the emergency maintenance line. Given how many similar buildings exist in this neighborhood, I would recommend any prospective tenant sign a lease elsewhere where the management team's assuredly treat residents with greater respect.

The elevators work sometimes in this 2 year old building. Sometimes none of the elevators work and you have to walk down 8 floors if you live on the top floor. At least 1 a week goes inop and takes days for them to fix. Fire drills happen as least one a month and just last week we had 3. The garbage shoots have been full on the 7th floor since last Friday and today is Tuesday. You cannot get in the room to throw you recycle away. Management has know about this since last Friday and all we get is “sorry for the inconvenience.” Please, do yourself a favor and stay as far away from this apartment as possible

Beautiful building! Very easy for commuting and easy access to trader joes and whole foods! My tour with Melina was so impressive, she showed me every part of the building including the dog run and dog pet spa! I love it!

This is probably the nicest property in the Alewife station, it is super new and modern. Melina was also probably the most professional of all the people I met when touring all the buildings. She knew a lot about the property and also made sure I was looking at apartments I was interested in. Really great building.
Toured a few weeks ago, did an application same day! Melina made it super easy for me and helped me out the whole time, she's also helping through the move-in process too to make sure I have everything. I'm super excited for my move-in!
The property is gorgeous and perfect for someone who has to commute a lot like I do. I was greeted with excited smiles and kindness when I walked in, Melina showed me around the property and took her time with me. Thank you for all your help and making this process so easy!! Can't recommend this place enough!
Walking distance from work, great gym and outdoor amenities, and friendly staff. We did have some noise issues during our first unit due to the garbage trucks outside but the building accommodated our needs and we moved to a more internal facing unit. The move went fairly smoothly, which we are incredibly thankful for!

1. Floor plans and amenities are gorgeous - to be expected for a newly constructed building, but great nonetheless. The patio with the grills and TVs is great for sports and hosting people. 2. Leasing office has gone above and beyond to take care of me, even after signing the lease. This was a surprise to be sure, since usually my experience here is that leasing folk stop caring about you once you move in. Special shout out to Lenny who has helped me through multiple issues personally with great attention to detail! 3. Maintenance folks are kind and knowledgeable: we had a hot water issue which was promptly fixed (<1 business day turnaround) by a kind gentleman who also explained the issue in detail to me, which was also way above and beyond the level of service I expected.

I just checked Hanover North Cambridge. The apartments themselves are really nice, with modern appliances and spacious layouts that make you feel at home. I especially liked the gym, which had plenty of good exercise equipment. Uma was very helpful showing around. Highly recommended!!!

I would rate 0 if I could. I moved into this apartment and have already switched rooms twice due to quality issues. Since moving into this current room in January, there have been three instances where there was no hot water or heating. The apartment management even said they couldn't come to fix it until the next day because it was too late at night (11 pm), but don't I have the right to take a hot shower?
I recently went on a tour and was amazed by the cleanliness and amenities. The kitchen is absolutely beautiful with lots of cabinet space. Melina was very friendly, professional and incredibly helpful. Being a professional myself, I was impressed by the lengths to which she went to make sure all of my questions were answered and I was completely satisfied.

I recently checked out the Hanover North Cambridge building and was impressed with its location right next to the T station on the red line. Staff was very welcoming, Uma did a great job throughout my visit. The building itself is brand new, and you can tell because everything smells fresh and new. I especially loved the fitness center, it has plenty of space to work out. Highly recommended!!

Recently toured Hanover North Cambridge and was extremely impressed by the place. The building itself is brand new and has fantastic decor with all the stuff you'd expect: pool, good gym, secure garage with charger stations ...and a few things that surprised me (couldn't help but laugh at the dog wash stations). One of the best parts is how it's kitty-corner to the T station, easy to reach work/everything cool in the Boston area. The staff were all really friendly, especially Uma who was super helpful and had ready answers to all my questions. If my job transfer to Boston goes through then Hanover's top of my list of apartment buildings to apply to.

Hope to be renting here soon! Uma showed me this luxury building and I was blown away. The third floor common space is gigantic, outside and inside.

The Hanover North Cambridge apartment is outstanding. It is luxurious, and spacious. The leasing office, maintenance, and all the other staff are incredibly kind, helpful, and hardworking. The amenities and having a train station nearby is a great advantage. The Hanover North Cambridge apartment is a wonderful place to live in and I would absolutely recommend it.

I recently had the pleasure of taking a tour of the Hanover North Cambridge building and I must say, this building rocks! Not only is the building itself beautiful and well-maintained, but it's also located right next to the T station, making it incredibly convenient for transportation. During my tour, Uma was an absolute gem - she was knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful, and she answered all of my questions about the building and its amenities. I left the tour feeling informed and excited about the prospect of living in such a wonderful community. Overall, I would highly recommend Hanover North Cambridge to anyone looking for a top-notch living experience in a fantastic location.

The apartments at Hanover North Cambridge are beautiful; high-end finishes and lots of natural light. We had a welcoming tour of the property with Melina (ask for her!!). She was well prepared to answer questions regarding Hanover’s offered amenities and shared helpful knowledge of the area. 10/10 recommend.

Uma gave me the whole tour, multiple different layouts and the amenities. They even have a dog bath! Even now it looked great, can’t wait to see the pool open and people grilling in the summer!

I've lived here for 2 months and it's been really great, great amenities, super excited for the pool to open up! Harrison gave a great tour. I also will say I just did the Earth day event today with Melina and it was so enjoyable.
