Everything has gone great so far, just a fixing a few kinks in the unit. My Shower didn’t have a shower rod when my roommates shower did. Ice maker isn’t working currently but I am waiting to hear back from maintenance. But it’s certainly an upgrade from my previous place. Secured and safe feeling complex next to lots of great food spots.

Love the combination it’s always quiet and peaceful the location is excellent for me. The only thing I would like to know is there umbrellas for the pool area. Management is always nice never have a problem with questions.
I love the Urban sense of the apartment and the building. The appliances in even a studio apartment are top-of-the-line and new. I love that there are no carpets, which makes for a cleaner apartment. The apartment community is close to several stores, an F45 gym, restaurants, and small shops. Overall, it was a great experience so far, and hopefully, it will stay the same.

I have been a resident going on three years and enjoy the location because it is close to the highway and shops. I like my apartment because of the space, nice kitchen and hardwood floors. I enjoy taking my dog on walks to keep her strong.

Quiet, clean apartment complex. Front Staff is awesome and always quick to complete requests. I moved in recently without ever visiting the property and I was nervous being in a new city alone but I could not have picked a better community. Staff is awesome from the leasing agents to the managers to the maintenance crew! It’s not a revolving door of staff and that usually says a lot about an apartment complex.

I'm So glad I chose Urban North as my primary residence. Staff always makes me feel welcome and are willing to help me. The building and surrounding areas, halls a s gardens are always clean, I like the fact that the building has cameras for security reasons. The reception, mail room, Gym, pool and eleverador are very nice and clean. I really like it!

Staff is friendly and professional. Jane is always available, knowledgeable, and helpful. While I wasn't keen on the concierge trash service initially, I have found that pick up is regular and the hallways are powerwashed regularly - much appreciated. Thank you!

High crime area, but I like my apt. Some residents allow car alarms to go off all night. The pool is nice though, and I enjoy the gym. The community is generally friendly.

Nearly a year in my apartment and everything is great. Management is on top of it. The amenities are spectacular. I enjoy the short walk from the parking garage to my apartment. So many needed businesses, such as grocery stores, department stores, a mall, hospitals, and many, many more, within just a few miles. I love the location and the surrounding area. It is close to where I work. I truly enjoy the parking garage because it make it easy for me to unload supplies or walk my dog. Urban North is perfectly poised, surrounded in convience and reasonably easy commuting throughout the area. What I like most is the smaller community. We are not surrounded by multiple apartment buildings. A nice amnety I appreciate is garage parking, and the short distance from the garage to my apartment is a pleasant walk through a well lit breeze way with nice ceiling fans. You will never have to be concerned about getting wet nor overheated trying to get to your apartment. Kudos goes to trash valet! Quiet; it is pretty nice and quiet here. There's a lot to like. The staff is friendly and professional. Maintenance is prompt and thorough. The covered parking is great on rainy days.

We just moved in, the complex so far is great, the apartment however when we moved in was very dirty and there were a few stains and scratches on the floor. The second night we were in we had some bad rain which leaked/flooded into our apartment through the patio, maintenance was very quick to fix the issue! I do wish the fans in the “hallways” outside would be on or always working, there’s a few missing a few blades. Also near our unit there is a fair alarm that is constantly beeping which is a bit annoying. Other than that, our experience so far has been great! The staff is very responsive and maintenance is quick to fix any issue!

I've lived here for almost 4 years and love it. The area is quiet. The parking garage is a big plus. Several restaurants around the area. Great place to live

This is a nice community to live in. The staff has stayed the same throughout our entire lease (which for us is unheard of). They're all super friendly, neighbors were friendly with the exception of some very VERY noisy people, just not bring considerate of others. Courtesy Officer was very friendly and efficient. Maintenance was very fast and if they couldn't fix the issue they would contract someone else out as quickly as they could.

It has been a wonderful experience staying at this apartment complex. The proximity to all the locations in Austin is the best part about its central location. The community feels safe. We have thoroughly enjoyed our experience.

Very nice, safe place to stay! I’ve just moved in but the front office management was so helpful on getting everything I needed together and really made it experience effortless.

This property has gone downhill fast. The property itself is dirty and messy. The hallways are disgusting. The grounds are littered with cigarette butts. Grass covered in weeds. I have also had a gnat infestation ever since i moved in. The apartment will seem to be concerned about it but has done nothing about it in return. I end up spending $100s every year. Would not renew my lease this year if i had time to move. Unfortunately, I think I am stuck another year.

Front desk staff made me feel welcome. The apartments are stunning, beautiful gardens, clean surroundings areas , wide halls. gym & pool great! Tha whole place make you feel comfortable & safe.

The staff is very nice people and neighbors are friendly. Maintenance guy who lives off site makes sure things get taken care of. Reason for the 4 stars is security could be better and guest parking as well

After 3 years, we still love it here!! We’re hoping to keep living here for a while longer but it’s been an amazing 3 years so far! Urban north is awesome!
I have just moved in here at Urban North. So, far everything is terrific! The office staff is professional, knowledgeable and friendly and I love the community!
The community is clean and quiet. The neighborhood is also very quiet. The only issue I’ve had so far was the struggle moving in because the uhaul truck couldn’t fit. Overall, great place and nice staff.
I simply Love living at Urban North. The staff is super knowledgeable, super friendly and always have useful tips/ideas. They also go the extra mile all the time! I've only been living here for 3 months but it is already the very BEST rental experience I've ever had. The apartments are cool. The rent reasonable. The amenities nice. The location great. But seriously, the very best thing I love about this place - is the staff. They are so proactive and helpful. Would give them 10 stars if I could!
Everything has been great! My first 3 months have been wonderful. I haven't had the chance to enjoy the swimming pool but it looks gorgeous. I love having the outdoor gas grills to cook lunches for me and my daughter during the warm afternoons.
I love it here. I have been here at 3 years. The management team and maintenance goes above and beyond and never once had an issue at urban north!
Good and new apartment, location is convenient to go to highway and grocery. I don't need to go throught stair to my unit, even I live in 2nd or 3rd floor.
The staff here are super friendly and professional and I really appreciated their assistance when I needed it. Being so close to the Domain was a big sell for me and the modern, neutral aesthetic and finishes made the decision that much easier. I felt safe and enjoyed peaceful mornings drinking coffee on the balcony. It truly felt like home. If I ever make my way back to Austin, I will be returning here without hesitation.
I love living here! The complex is so quiet that I forget I have neighbors at times. I've always felt safe here and I love the community. If you have pets, it's a great neighborhood to live in! There's a great dog area in the apartments and the surrounding neighborhood is great for long walks. Definitely recommend!
