Excellent community with great amenities. I was shop impressed and relieved to learn that all utilities were consolidated. Within walking distance of virtually any type of store you'll need.
This place is very secure with a closed garage and even a garage for guests as well. The gym is beautiful and so is the pool area and they have a bunch of Other and Mendy’s that is just amazing. And also it smells amazing in this place, I don’t know what type ofspray they use but it smells so great. Like literally smells amazing 24 hours a day. It’s located in an area that is easy to access and easy to park as well and only five minutes away from the airport so paying for Ubers is very cheap.

Urban East is an up and coming property. It has prime location for all your basic needs and entertainment. The building is clean and the people are quiet and friendly. Rent is reasonably priced. The staff is always on top of things, which I appreciate the most.

Thanks so much for taking the time to give us this feedback and working towards a solution.
I regret to say that my experience at this new apartment complex has been nothing short of a nightmare. From the moment I moved in, it has been one issue after another. The problems began with homeless people gaining access to the trash chutes, creating a concerning and unsanitary environment. Additionally, the construction delays were incredibly frustrating, forcing me to settle for a unit different from the one I initially leased. However, the cherry on top of this disastrous experience has been the management’s complete incompetence and disregard for residents’ concerns. Despite numerous attempts to contact them for updates on various issues, they consistently dodge calls and display an appalling level of unresponsiveness. When confronted about these issues, they become combative and argumentative, even raising their voices at residents who are simply seeking updates on important matters. I have been trying to obtain even the slightest bit of information for three long months, but to no avail. The lack of communication and professionalism from the management team is utterly unacceptable and has made living in this complex a living nightmare. Save yourself the headache and look elsewhere for a place to call home.
