The office staff is nice and the community is great! However, not all of the apartments are remodeled. Many doors and gates are broken. Hallways look like they’re falling apart. The place isn’t very well kept up.

I’ve been here for about 4 months. The washer unit on my floor has been broke for about 3 of those months making laundry pretty annoying. Other than that maintenance requests happen pretty quick and overall clean area. Need to work on package system but it seems like they are trying.

I love my apt and the events are great. The office staff is so disorganized. Luckily, I don’t have to deal with them right now about anything (I’ve had my fair share of dealing with their mistakes though) but my friends are having to deal with them and they are being very unhelpful

Slowly getting used to the neighborhood. Beginning to get to know the neighbors. The outside is starting to look nice for the summer. Let's have a yard sale.

The staff are all very nice and helpful and maintenance is fairly on top of everything, my only complaint is the security issues (the gates not being fixed for long periods of time, etc.) and the lack of communication about conflicts like this, it would be reassuring to know things are at least acknowledged sometimes without having to complain.

Got a new fridge today. After three maintenance issues they replaced my fridge. I wish I spoke up sooner. The maintenance staff are professional and friendly.

It's a lovely community, Friedly people around.Few improvements needed like Fob work, water leakage fixes .gym is nice, rooftop is lovely ....

The community is very welcoming and social. Many opportunities for community engagement and social interaction are available on a regular basis.

Packages are frequently stolen. Office and maintenance staff are always nice, but there's not enough follow up. Patrolled security is not reliable

I absolutely love my apartment! It’s such a unique and cool space. Plan on staying here for quite some time! I have the best neighbors, my kitty escaped in the hallway and one of my neighbors found him and reported it immediately to the leasing office!

You have one security guard patrolling all of uptown squares buildings and the garage gate has been broken for weeks. Communication from leasing office could be better also

Package room issues make it very difficult to give positive feedback. Been an issue for 3 years without any effort from management to address and fix the foot cause.

WORST MOVE IN EXPERIENCE!!! I Scheduled a tour for our apt and was told it’s under renovation for updated appliances and cabinetry. Was told “this is the exact same apt you will have when you move in.” The leasing agent showed pictures of upgraded appliances and cabinetry. We got our keys move in day a month later it was locked. They said the had a “vendor” coming in. I later talked to the manager Romeo and he said he had an exterminator coming in to kill “dead bugs” I said well we are packed, paid for the uhaul, and have friends helping me. He took us to see the apartment, outside the main door I seen live bugs, walked in and seen more alive bugs. And there was no upgraded appliances. Romeo said he will try to accommodate but never reached back. We got finessed and they did the “bait and switch tactic that is costing us $200 more a month for rent, and now have to pay for washer and dryer when it was supposed to be included. 0/10 professionalism and customer service.

The events are great. The package room is not secure at all and there are concerns with people getting into the package room as well as the apartment buildings that don’t have keys

Love the location, takes a little bit for management to respond etc. but they get it done. I choose to renew my lease. Overall it’s a great choice.

The community events are well organized and a great opportunity to meet neighbors and have a good time. There are usually four or five events a month.

I had a very challenging time with the office staff on the move in process. It seemed like no staff member in the office all the way up to the manager role could provide me the proper information needed for a smooth move in process. I submitted application and all documentation on Monday, called 36 times throughout the next 4 days to verify the documentation for a smooth move in from San Diego to Denver. After arriving onsite, we were told to sit in the lobby for 4 hours to wait for approval from a senior vice president in Dallas. We were given the keys to the apartment and the key fobs locked us out of the building at 10 p.m.; this experience was a disaster for me and my fiancé.

Although the rent is relatively affordable for this part of the city, the fact the elevator in my building has been broken for over 2 months and is in violation of ADA accessibility standards, the key fob security doors to enter the building are broken posing a risk for non-tenants to enter the building, the entrance to the secured parking garage is perpetually broken, are factors that make this community a frustrating and thus inconvenient place to reside. If I could afford to do so, I would find a community with a more attentive front desk staff and maintenance staff who care more about maintaining the integrity of the building instead of prioritizing “community events” that are non essential.

Like it. Clean area. Gym is good and well maintained. Pizza place attached to my building is good. Cats like to watch the squirrels. Toilets work.

So far so good, hoping the outside is cleaned up better, outsided cleaned up=less bugs in homes, the roof top area is trashed pretty bad & lots of dog poop around every corner. Hoping the swimming pool is cleaned daily. Also, let's have a yard sale this summer. Thanks

The office staff is very friendly and does their best to resolve any issues. The activities the complex offers are fun and it’s nice to see other residents.

Community is great but issues at leasing offices takes forever to resolve .otherwise it's a nice community. 1. Gym is good 2. Pool is nice 3. Nice people

It is a very nice neighborhood with a lot of conveniently located restaurants, shops, stores, bars and events all within walking distance. Access to I-70 and I-25 are also close and easy.

I really enjoyed the atmosphere, the neighbors I've met, the monthly events, the roof top on sunny days, and the workout center! I also appreciate the security that's been more frequently around.

My resident experience has been great. both units i've rented here are unique and make me feel at home. the amenities are nice and the neighborhood is vibrant.

I love my apartment at Uptown Square! This is a one of a kind community with cute options for an apartment complex. I love that there are monthly events where I can meet my neighbors.

I’ve had a couple of issues regarding key issues with mail box and they handled that quickly however I still have issues with getting responses to phone calls or emails to the main office - but in person visits allow you to get good service. Other grievances: I wish they would replace the cleaning wipes in the gym more often as well as not use multiple apps for rent, points things, washers, etc. but overall love the location and pretty sound proof walls

I live in the Indi at Uptown Square and I love it! My apartment has so much character and my apartment is super quiet. The maintenance staff is super responsive and friendly! It’s been a great experience so far!

Everyone in the office is super friendly and helpful. Maintenance is generally quick and also is friendly. I enjoy the monthly activities the apartment provides.

Package room always has issues of some kind which is frustrating because there is no sense of security getting anything big or small delivered here.

I know the leasing office and maintenance teams work hard and these buildings are a bit old. However, my A/C has been broken since I moved in the 8th of May 2024. Add that to the constant interruptions of the fire alarm at all hours of the day & night and my experience has been less than stellar. I believe Carlos in the leasing office has done a great job with the resources he has, but these are important maintenance issues that need addressing. That said, the location and neighborhood are great. The amenities are generally good though the gym could use a little love and attention. (At least please fix the clock!)

Really great experience! I love living in uptown! It has become home :) I feel like things have improved in the neighborhood as well making it feel a bit more safe :)

The community is welcoming, the events are a lot of fun with great turnout. The staff is responsive and informative, they do a great job communicating updates via email and they're always available in the office or over the phone. The gym is excellent.

Everything been really good, all the building workers helping a lot, just a couple things had to fixed in the apartment but now it's all good.

After moving in over a month ago, it is easy to see the apartments are very nice, and in a pretty good area outside of downtown. The move in process was a bit of a hassle as I was given contradictory information, some of which ended in me getting an extra charge on my first payment. It seems to be either that the staff is either pretty short or could be giving more effort. I was not able to access my apartment until two days after my move in because the fob I was given didn't work, and also never gave me a garage fob that I didn't know I needed. Emergency maintenance didn't pick up after-hours, which was concerning, but thankfully I was able to stay elsewhere until that got figured out. This may not be the case for a lot of people though. Not a good first impression especially as I am paying for one of the higher-priced units, although after the move in problems, the property has been very nice and I have had no problems.

It’s been horrible. Complain about a resident that constantly is harassing me and intentionally loud but nothing ever happens. Got to the point that I didn’t pay rent for a few months due to this but of course they want to try and kick you out and never do anything to the harassers! Cannot wait to move out of here and will never recommend this place to anyone. I know numerous traveling people who stay from 6 months to years that always ask me for recommendations since I’m a native. And I will never ever mention this place and or give good reference to it!! I’m mentally exhausted and disgusted living here!! Hate is a mild word for me!

Staff (office and maintenance) here are always super nice. Downside is that work orders can take a while to get complete sometimes and I often have to follow up with office staff multiple times to get updates on things.

Good price, great location. Security could be better. Fire alarms go off too often. Amenities are pretty good and leasing office staff is friendly

Atmosphere is very pleasant and inviting. Location is ideal and extremely convenient for everything from grocery store, restaurants, bars, festivals, and events.

Super bad place to live, can’t reach anyone even during business hours the front desk hangs up on me. DO NOT MOVE HERE YOU WILL DEEPLY REGRET IT

I love it here! I’ve had a few problems with management but everything has gotten fixed in a timely manner. The mail was down for a little which was frusterating but other than that it was bad! I love the utilities and is worth the price for the location

The apartment and complex is nice for the price of rent. I had an issue getting in contact with anyone from leasing before I moved in. They didn’t have my lease ready when I was supposed to move in but they handled it when I got there.

(2/1/25) The rent for the square footage is a deal, but the place is getting run & the fire alarms going off all the time, always at night, is an issue.

Dirty hallways, broken gates, homeless people sleeping in the laundry rooms, packages stolen, people smoking in their apartments. Do not live here.

I have loved living here. The staff has been helpful and the neihborhood is great. There are small issues everyso often but staff and maintenance always are doing their best to work through things in a timely fashion.

the steady ambience of my upstairs neighbor’s cement clogs are oddly comforting. 10/10 experience, i wish their clogs were louder actually :)

The maintenance crew is phenomenal. I also enjoy my neighbors and the comraderie that we all foster together. I feel safer at this apartment complex than my previous one in uptown.

The package room is a nightmare, and packages are often lost and stolen as they are thrown about and opened by other tenants. The gym is not well maintained when it comes to providing ways to sanitize the equipment after use, as well as the restrooms in the gym, there is often no toilet paper or paper towels available. A lot of the washers and dryers are out of order as well.

I love the area and the events are great here. The package system is a pain and tons of packages have been getting stolen recently which is frustrating

Little rough at first but I'm not not too bad I like the fact that they work with you and they're a lot better than any other apartments I've experienced
