The Pittsfield Lodi neighborhood begins along the southwest side of Downtown Ann Arbor and extends westward Highway 52. This large area includes part of the Pittsfield Charter Township and the Ann Arbor Municipal Airport. It is very close to Oak Valley Center, Briarwood Mall, the University of Michigan-South Campus, and Michigan Stadium – a historic football stadium, nicknamed the “Big House,” is home to the Michigan Wolverines.
When looking at Ann Arbor apartments, be sure to check out the Pittsfield Lodi area – it is a beautiful neighborhood, filled with mature trees and quiet lanes. And with such fast access to downtown, the university, the airport, Pittsfield Lodi is deceptively peaceful.

I have been pleased with the entire setup carefully crafted from the beginning within this community - from landscaping to the basic rules of the road. I truly feel at Home and it does have a feeling of Community. I am enjoying my modern apartment that has been carefully planned to met most modern needs. I personally feel safe and secure and so does my son. I truly appreciate the attention to detail and the information provided with care from Tamara from the very beginning and who has been and continues to be most kind, gracious, understanding, and incredibly helpful! We have lived at Uptown for 2 years now and love it. If we weren’t relocating out of state we would be staying here longer. The townhomes are beautiful and have so much natural light. The two car garages make a huge difference in making us feel settled, too. Maintenance is always very fast to respond and very friendly and courteous. We feel well taken care of in this community.
Overall very pleasant place to live, glad it was recommended.
Uptown Apartments has made my first-time experience living in an apartment enjoyable. I selected Uptown because I desired a home with a modern kitchen, ample storage, and lots of natural light. The location is convenient for travel and has walkable food, and shopping options. The community is quiet overall, and I rarely hear neighbors through the walls. The only thing missing is a nearby park or nature spaces to enjoy the outdoors and controlled rent increases for existing tenants.
I lived in Uptown Ann Arbor for a year in a third story apartment in 3154. The staff went above and beyond to meet my needs. The office staff were always kind and accommodating. The property was well kept, clean and maintenance was available 24/7 for any needs. The pool was pristine and quiet. The gym was beyond top notch with advanced equipment. It was a pleasure living at Uptown Ann Arbor. Safety was a priority, and as a working professional, I was pleased that the environment was quiet, well built, stylish and well kept. I rented a garage and car space, and never had an issue. Tyler and Tamara were always helpful and did everything possible to ensure I was happy renter. I would recommend UAA to anyone moving to the area. I toured multiple sites, and it was the most modern, quality complex in short distance to the university. They did an outstanding job, were responsive to any request and helpful throughout my stay. I would highly recommend living here, especially if you are pursuing a luxurious quality apartment complex outside of the university traffic. Thank you all for being such great hosts!

Lived here for just under a year and to say the experience was miserable is an understatement. Upon move-in, we discovered that the previous tenant had caused significant damage to the apartment, and it seemed that no one had done a walk-through after (or did and didn't care). The master bedroom door was broken and wouldn't close, there was a cracked window, the shower doors wouldn't close and the handle was broken, many of the soft-close kitchen drawers were broken, the floors were deeply scratched, the closet doors were broken, the shower head escutcheon was not attached, and there were various other small issues. We immediately contacted Tyler, who assured us that he would make it a priority to fix all of the issues, and that the master bedroom door had already been ordered. A week later we found out the door had never been ordered and it ended up taking 3 months to get a functioning bedroom door. It took over 6 months for everything else to be fixed. Also, the maintenance crew and management would never let us know when they were coming, despite us repeatedly asking them to because my partner works nights and sleeps during the day. We even spoke with Beztak corporate and made this clear to them as well. Not even two days after that conversation, 3 maintenance crew members entered my apartment and entered the bedroom where my partner was sleeping, startling her awake. When she questioned them about it, they said the manager had spoken to me even though I was at work when this happened and hadn't spoken to anybody. The cherry on top of all of this is that the maintenance team would constantly mark the work orders I submitted through the online portal as "complete" even when they weren't, so nobody knew what still needed to be fixed and what didn't. When I spoke to someone about this, they apologized and told me to resubmit the open work orders, which I did, and they marked them complete again 2 hours later without fixing anything. Additionally, a few weeks after moving in, construction began around the complex where they proceeded to rip up nearly all of the sidewalks. We were never notified of this prior to it beginning, and again, this was a massive inconvenience to my partner who sleeps during the day. We specifically sought out a quiet place to live for that reason and we certainly didn't get it here. It also took over 6 months of us living there for all of the smart home features we were promised (smart thermostat and keyless entry) to work.

After relocating from a large home (and all the maintenance and cost that entailed), Uptown Ann Arbor helped us create a fancy-free living experience in our beautiful town home. Uptown caters to the college student as it's safe and enjoyable to live here. The main building has workout equipment and free beverages. Mail service is reliable. I really had no major issues with the employees, except they were short and cross with me several times. I didn't care though because I headed out for Grad school in another State. I'm not afraid to post a rating. I did have a random conversation with a maintenance worker or construction/inspector guy while moving out and he said the place had construction problems the whole time while building, because they built on a wetland and the buildings kept sinking. That due to this there are electrical issues and the staff is constantly under fear of failing inspections. That they probably already are not within code, but generally the township gives new buildings two free years to fix issues. I was however, thankful to live there as I met many wonderful people and defiantly miss living in Michigan!

I’ve been a resident in Uptown Ann Arbor for about 9 months and it has been a good experience so far. The site is well maintained. The on-site staff is professional and provides timely support when needed. Also, the apartment itself is great; good layout and in good condition. Great location, close to downtown Ann Arbor but far enough from the downtown traffic. Also, close to the freeway. My building is quite and feel safe. I would recommend the complex to others.

Uptown Ann Arbor has been a fabulous new home for us and we couldn't be more pleased with this upscale property. Downsizing from a large house and empty nest, we wanted a newer, elegantly designed property that was quiet, beautiful and meticulously maintained -- one with easy access to highways, the city of Ann Arbor and its southwestern suburbs. We got all that and more at Uptown! While we had a few minor maintenance issues upon move-in, they were immediately resolved to our complete satisfaction. Everything else was just perfect. The Leasing Manager (Tamera) and Property Manager (Tyler) are a delight to work with and we'd encourage anyone considering a move to consider Uptown Ann Arbor -- head and shoulders above all the other properties we visited.
