The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Ratings are on a scale of 1 (below average) to 10 (above average) and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data. We also advise parents to visit schools, consider other information on school performance and programs, and consider family needs as part of the school selection process.

Property Ratings at University Village
This apartment is poorly soundproofed. Not recommended.
Rent is way too high for what they offer and supervisor provides incorrect information and is not alway available when she should be. The appliances in the apartment are dated and break down very often.
They have nice management who swift to update you on the happenings in and around the facility. Maintenance is fast and prompt and its nearness to the light rail makes communication easy and comfortable.
Maintenance is great and fast and you get a lot of room for the price. There's street parking if you opt of a parking contract and the light rail is super close. Overall, I really like living here.
