So far I've had a good experience with staff, but I'm really disappointed with the amenities. One of the main things that drew me here and made me feel like my rent was worth paying was the fact that there was a running shuttle bus, a pool, a computer room, and a gym. The very first day of class the bus wasn't even running, and afterwards they completely limited the schedule so it's super inconvenient. They never once opened the pool... When I first moved in, I didn't even receive a keycard to the gym or computer room. Although that issue has been resolved, I'm still disappointed with the company. I love my apartment and want my friends to move in with me next year, but if these issues aren't resolved I'll definitely be considering somewhere new.
overall great experience for the price. great option if you are wanting some student housing away from campus. there has been issues with communication especially if it requires managers

Moving in from off campus, UV was definitely the right choice. All the rooms are spacious, there's a balcony, and the staff are friendly and respectful. UV's conveniently walkable to local and chain stores. I stop by the clubhouse frequently (mainly coffee--there's free coffee), and the staff remember me. If I've had a question, they've always answered it or contacted someone who knew. There's secure package lockers for a one time $5 fee, and they're very convenient. You unlock it by tapping a button in an app. The bus schedule's shorter than published (stops running at 3pm), but I think that might be temporary and there's a free MITS bus that stops at the apartment too (runs til like 6pm-ish). Maintenance is always respectful, professional and typically fast, but there could be more maintenance staff. I've had one request that was open for six days before my Dad came into town to fix it. Overall, though, maintenance is very quick (two to three days max), that request was an outlier.

Our new apartment isn't exactly what I expected or maybe ?? it is. There are a few things that were overlooked and unfortunately; the pool is currently down which is very disappointing. That said it’s still a new place so I don’t want to be too negative. The staff has been very nice and helpful so far which I really appreciate. One downside is the noise from my upstairs neighbors they can be pretty loud but I guess that's part of apartment living.

I was told I would be on the first floor and the day I picked up the key they said I was on the 3rd floor. I asked about roommates before I moved in and was told I would be emailed and received nothing but have roommates in my apartment. Nothing went as planned

The apartment was so gross when we moved in. They do not clean in between tenants. The pool is always closed, and they have no interest in fixing problems with swipe cards. Maintenance takes at least 3 days to fix anything.

Moving in was a really smooth and easy process, but I had to get my key reprinted and go to the office later to ask for a parking pass that was supposed to be included in my folder. Those are really minor issues since not everyone has cars, so it's understandable that they didn't pass them out to everyone.

I was initially placed into a room that was not completely cleaned and turned from the previous tenant, which was frustrating. I was moved to another room that was clean, however was not on the floor I wanted.

My unit was a bit of a fixer-upper but it's starting to feel like home. Staff is incredibly kind and friendly, moreso than any other apartment I've lived in before. That's makes a HUGE difference! There were some extenuating circumstances that made my move-in pretty chaotic, but everyone was incredibly patient and kept communication open once I got here. The only reason I can't give five stars is that the weeks leading up were difficult communication-wise and I ended up with conflicting information. It made the weeks leading up more stressful than I would have liked, but since I got here it's been nothing but accommodating. I just wish they had a better phone number to reach the office with and not a third-party system. It made any last-minute situations (such as conflicting roommate placement) overly difficult to navigate. Overall really great, but there's room to grow for interested tenants.

UV is one of the best options to live at in Muncie, compared to the other apt. options at an affordable-ish rate. The name of the complex is deceiving, because adults, not in school, can live here too. The front office workers are a joke, but once you're settled in your apt, everything is fine. The maintenance men are the best part about the UV employee team.

These apartments are great! Never had an issue. They are clean. The people are friendly. The office staff are great. Maintenence is also really quick when you need something fixed!

My experience here is definitely a 10/10 I would recommend coming if you’re a college student and they even have buses to take you to class.My roommates make my experience better and so does the office with the staff always there to help.
get apartment place for the price. maintenance is quick to respond. furnished apartments couches and beds look brand new which was a nice surprise

Solid place for a year or so if you don’t wanna live in dorms. While you have to drive to campus it’s around 3-8 minutes and really isn’t a haul to make it on time to class.

Ive enjoyed being here and the environment is wonderful. Despite some expected chaos it was a great experience living at the university village. I especially appreciate James one of the workers as he went out of his way to create a great energy from the moment we came in for a tour.

The Maintenance takes a while sometimes and it’s a bit expensive. Community and amenities are great though. The grounds are normally well kept and well maintained.

I enjoy living at University Village. Sometimes the community’s internet is down for everyone, so that can be an inconvenience. It’s typically not down for too long though. The front desk and maintenance teams get stuff done quickly as well.

When we moved in we deep cleaned the apartment shampooed carpets etc, hot water didn’t work the door frame was busted. Looked like they didn’t clean or fix anything in the apartment. Paint is chipping off the ceiling fans and you can tell where they painted with three different shades of white in one hall way. The clubhouse is telling my significant other one thing then telling me something different.

University Village has great apartments for a great price. Not only that but they have a gym facility that has solid machines and free weights.

Not always clean when you move in. They mess up rent every few months so make sure you check the amount every time. But all are friendly and residents are kind.
