Moving so far away from home is hard, but this property and all the staff there made it an easier transition. They made me feel welcome, they were extremely attentive to all of my needs, and I truly love all that this property has to offer.

Thank you for your 5 star review! As we have new management staff in the office, we are super excited for this new year with our new residents. Those ALL INCLUSIVE rates with FREE utilities cannot get any better. - Management
DO NOT RENT FROM THEM. They are terrible managers. This place is a money sink. It may look good from the outside, but they are a big corporate office and will nickel and dime you. They do not care about your apartment and will charge you for everything and anything. Do not do it for your own sake!
This place, owned by Nelson Properties, is a tragedy. The apartments as well as the complex are in complete disarray. Repair requests go unanswered and/or ignored. The beautiful pool shown in the pictures was a grotesque green puddle of sludge. The "furniture" is torn and worthy only of a landfill. The company itself is under assault in four states for their irresponsible management of properties. The Flats electricity was turned off this past summer for non-payment of their bill. One star only because the roof has not started leaking yet and so far the heat works.
