Property Ratings at University Falls Apartments
Me and my family have been here for a little over a year, almost 2 years. We have nothing bad to say! It’s private, safe and quiet. Our neighbors stay to themselves and are very respectful and sweet. The landlord, Layla is a very nice person and very attentive. She has been so helpful to us! There’s air fresheners in the hallways to match the season/holiday :) love little touches!
We've only been here a few months so far, but we love it here! The colors of everything in the unit look so nice with our furniture, and I have no problems with neighbor sounds or anything
