Property Ratings at University City Associates
Infested with insects/rodents and the buildings are falling apart but the worse is the management and maintenance. They will take forever to fix it or do a good job. For simple tasks, they are quick but the things that really matter, you are doomed. At the end of the day, you will end up wasting a lot of time, getting stressed out and not having a apartment with living conditions. But god forbid you are late for rent by 1 day, they will fine you. They will take months to repair something but please don't be late for rent. haha. Such a bad place. If there is a 0 star, I would give it.
