Greystar maintenance staff broke my full body mirror when they were in our apartment replacing one of my roommate’s vanity. I contacted staff and they were rude and dismissive to my concerns and ultimately said they were at no fault. Don’t live here if you truly care about your belongings and want your concerns to be taken seriously. Only one elevator worked 70% of the time the entire school year and I didn’t have hot water for the first month that I moved in. They decided when they wanted the service elevator located near the trash chute to work and be operational. Half the time it wasn’t on and you couldn’t access it with your fob. Don’t be surprised if they delete my review, because they lack integrity and accountability.

We have been in contact with you directly and conducted a proper investigation into the issues you raised. We always aim to handle resident concerns with professionalism, and we're sorry if your experience felt otherwise. Regarding the elevators, it’s important to note that we rely on certified elevator technicians for any repairs, as our on-site maintenance team is not trained to service elevators. We contact the elevator company immediately when an issue is reported. As of today, we have four fully operational elevators, including the service elevator. We also want to clarify that we do not have the ability to turn the service elevator on or off at will. If you experienced issues accessing it with your fob, we encourage residents to let us know so we can test their fob and replace it if needed. We’re committed to providing a positive living experience and are always available to help address any issues that arise
NO HOT WATER has been an ongoing issue for 5 months. A lot of smoking on property and no violations issued. Poor management.

Dirty! Faucets that don't work, doors that won't close... The staff is unfriendly; they think they're cool just because they make TikToks. They only want your money and don't care about any issues that arise. Don't waste your time or money—it's awful!

I strongly advise anyone considering moving into this apartment to be extremely cautious. The customer service here is awful. They made me start paying rent for a 12-month lease beginning in July 2024, even though the building isn't even completed yet. What's worse is that I can't move in until August 23, 2024, so I'm being charged for time that I can't even use the apartment. This means I'm paying for July and most of August without actually living here. To make matters even worse, the move-in process was a nightmare. The toilets were dirty, and only one elevator was working, making it incredibly difficult to get everything up to my apartment. Make sure you read the contract carefully if you decide to sign, because you'll be on the hook for payments even if the apartment isn't ready. I can't stress enough how disappointing this experience has been.

In purpose-built student housing, it’s common practice for leases to begin prior to move-in and to not pro-rate. Regarding move-in day, we did have three functional elevators available to accommodate the over 600 students moving in. However, with such a high volume, delays were unavoidable, and we appreciate your patience during this process. We’re also sorry to hear about the cleanliness issue in your unit.
