Union on Queen

I love how informed the building keeps me about what is going on such as building invents and metro timings things like that and the staff is nice.

I wanted to take a moment to say how much I’m enjoying my new apartment! It’s been such a smooth transition, and the space feels like home already. I also want to give a big shoutout to your amazing team. Everyone has been so friendly and helpful throughout the process—from the initial tour to move-in day. Their warm welcome and professionalism truly made all the difference. Thank you for creating such a wonderful community. I’m looking forward to settling in and making many great memories here!

Union on Queen is a special and homey place to live! The management is great, and anytime there is a slight issue, they are on top of it immediately. I have always appreciated the immediate assistance while living at Union on Queen.

Management has gone downhill since the property manager left. Definitely not as nice as it used to be - elevators are constantly breaking, and front office is not very friendly.

Union on Queen is a great place to live. The amenities and building are always spotless, and all the appliances in the units are very nice. The management and staff are great at Union on Queen and have consistently exceeded excellence. I would definitely recommend living here as it is in a great spot in NOVA!

It’s nice here, we’ve been living here for 7 years. The neighborhood is nice, it’s close to Washington DC, it’s safe here as well. Good management.

I’ve been living here for almost 2 years. I love it here. Love the location and staff. I’ve had a really good experience being here. Maintenance is fast and are on top of things when something goes wrong.

Great community with great amenities. My new home (studio) looks brand new even though it was rented before. The front desk folks are friendly and helpful.

On my birthday, I found a Starbucks gift card in my mailbox with a personalized birthday card. It was mailed to arrive on the correct date. How sweet and thoughtful. Touches like this make this community home. Thank you!

it takes a little long for an issue to be resolved but it does get fixed eventually, front desk staff changing regularly but everybody's been good and professional so far

It’s a nice community, good and safe neighborhood. The management is good as well. We have been living here for 7 years. We recommend moving here.

Everything has been great here for us so far. We have experienced minor issues with our door and the facilities team has responded very promptly. We utilize all the provided amenities and especially love getting coffee in the morning at the lobby!!

Beautiful building! The location is amazing and the there have been no issues with the apartment whatsoever. Neighbors are polite and pretty quiet. It is an apartment so you’ll hear people in the hallway or muffled noises from an upstairs neighbor, but nothing major. The staff are all amazing and so quick to address any issues! Very happy here and recommend Union on Queen to others looking in the area.

My resident experience has been really good. Some of the floors smell kinda bad and trash chute is broken on some days. The property manager and sales associates are really kind!

Love living here even its just little time. Like their service and how they take care of their residents and their convenience. Leasing office managers are the best

Simply perfect, above and beyond excellent! The management team is always available, helpful with unexpected deliveries, delays, etc. Apartment was clean and there was a nice welcoming message inside.

Great staff! Very prompt with any request and they're extremely friendly. The lobby is pristinely taken care of. The cleaning staff are equally as wonderful as all of the under staff. Great place!

Disappointed that we chose this property for the electric charging because we have an electric car. But the charger hasn’t been working since we moved in…

Property is clean and safe. Landscaping is taking care well, maintenance stuff so helpful and solving the problems right away. Management is amazing

It is great. The apartment is clean and neat with great views. The residence team is extremely helpful to us on our move in day! And the fellow residents seems very friendly.

It was great, Karxan was truly helpful! It is really spacious and has beautiful views. The rooftop had a bbq and chairs to look at the sunset and I really liked that.

The management is very good and so nice the building is always clean and beautiful everything is literally in walking distance very great place to live.

I’ve loved living here for the past 2 and a half years! It’s the perfect location, has great amenities, and maintenance is so nice and on top of things!

The lobby has not right service as a normal one. There are no replaced materials to use in the residence. For example, the printer is mostly out of service. The coffee machine has no cups, teas, or coffee bags. Just formality put one item.

Georgetown is only a walk away. Great views from the rooftop. The management and staff are so thoughtful with the events planned in the building to encourage a sense of community.

The staff is very warm and welcoming!!! Always able to answer any questions I have. The maintenance team is extremely prompt when it comes to repairs.

Lived here for about 3 months or so now, and I like it! Staff and management is nice, I just wish the trash chutes worked more often and the walls were more soundproof.

I really enjoy my community living experience at Union on Queen apartment complex - management cares about residents well-being, we had great amenities and recently, landscaping had become state of the art.

5 stars for 5 amazing years! Great neighborhood. Great staff. Close to metro, DC, Georgetown. Great view of DC from rooftop. Pet friendly for your furriest best friends.

During the tour this building seems great, but once you move in you'll notice that the building is not full of "young professionals" as they suggest but instead many large families that allow their young children to run around inside and out causing chaos. Almost everyday children physically run into me when I'm trying to get in the elevator or exit the building. Recently a child took a pool ball from the community pool table and threw it through a glass fireplace. Additionally, they market as a smoke free community but many residents smoke right at the doorways or even inside their apartments and the smell is a constant linger. Been here for a year and happy to be relocating soon.

I love everything about this building. I have never seen a common area so well put together. It has a luxury feel to it. Fireplace, comfortable long couches, flat screen tvs, big windows. Sometimes I love to just stop downstairs and hang out in the common area. The fitness center is fully equipped. I am a personal trainer and can say that for 90% of people, this gym will do just fine. You can lift loads as heavy as 300lbs in this fitness center. The staff is great as well. I always feel I can talk to Lindsey, Ayca, and Ingrid. They typically have an answer for me quickly. Even if they weren't so quick, they are still great people. No complaints at all with this apartment complex.

It’s been already one month since my husband and I got moved in! We were so much in afraid of living in US for the first time. However, all the staffs in Union on Queen are really really x100 friendly for all the questions we have, even for the non-related issues. And the conditions of the house is very clean and tidy. I would highly recommend this place! :)

2nd year resident!!! I am excited to be able to renew my contract. The process is EASY and I most appreciate the staff Bozzuto hires to make this happen, as we all know moving can be a challenge. The leasing staff are very profesional and sweet. They are all very attentive and quick to resspond. The maitnance team is also very hardworking and take care of any problems you might have in your apartment. I couldn't be any more pleased by the staff from this management.

My wife and I just relocated here from California and couldn't be happier with our new place. They were extremely helpful in finding exactly what we were looking for and honestly made our move super easy. The apartment had a gift for us when we arrived and the staff went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. Seriously they were great and really gave us the best impression of this new city. not to mention we get the best view of the cities monuments and the brand new appliances are top notch!

Poor company. Unfriendly and Unprofessional staff. The leasing manager didn't seem like she knew what she was doing.
