The apartment, besides some things not working as intended when first coming in, is wonderful. Bringing everything together in the apartment makes it feel like home and the staff here are super nice and understanding when we applied here and when moving in, highly recommend here if you are looking for a place to live!
Living here has been truly amazing. Everyone in the office is super sweet. And the neighbor have been nothing but kind. It's been great living at these apartments
I LOVE IT!!!!! And they fact that they came together and paved the parking like is wonderful ?? everyone including me and my family we love it for the cars but it also give the community a brand new good look tbh .!!!!! But overall best place I’ve ever stayed at!
Love it here! Great location, quiet area, fun little dog park, nice to have a patio and washing machine :) plus they have fun events! Woohoo
I love this property. Cozy. Quiet. And love all of the amenities . The property and assistant managers (Taylor and Bobbi) are absolutely amazing and helpful . Also, the maintenance guys are super friendly! Love the pool and I’m very happy they are repaving the parking lot .
You can’t hear anyone when you are in your apartment, which is really nice. The amenities are nice. And the staff is great, they are about to redo the parking lot which was my only negative about this place

It has been kosher. It's in a nice area. With a really nice pool. There is also a really nice gym.It looks out at the pool while you're working out. There's a community grill brightness, next to the pool, that is really nice.There is also a hot tub next to the pool.That is open year round.
The staff are wonderful! They are prompt at addressing any needs/issues I had when I moved in. Everyone here is very nice and made my move-in a pleasant one.

Besides noisy neighbors, this is a very nice place to live and we're very happy here. Spacious apartment nice sized rooms two bathrooms. Animals are welcomed.

the only issue we really have is the amount of potholes and the damage it's causing to our vehicles, we started parking in the back because our cars can't handle major holes likes that, on BOTH sides

It’s been great! The experience has been memorable. The front office is also fantastic, Taylor can just light up a room. The pool is fantastic on a hot day, and the hot tub in the winter was an experience. Would recommend the fire place as well!

My partner and I love it here. The staff and maintenance team are wonderful, accommodating, and efficient. Community pool, hot tub, AC, in-unit laundry, good neighborhood and location. We only had one issue with some neighbors but it was dealt with appropriately!

the road inside the apartment has been getting worse and has caused my cars shocks and struts to go bad they stated when I first moved in that the whole road would be repaved and that never happened. Its a quiet place but come on shouldnt take this long to fix

Everyone the works here is sweet and knowledgeable. And the apartments themselves are nice. However, the potholes are horrible. Someone is gonna bend a rim or pop a tire if they hit it too hard. Also there is a lot of trash around the grounds

I just moved in a few days ago and I am loving it! Had a problem with my sink and they came immediately to fix it and the maintenance man was so kind. The apartments are very clean and it is a great place for what you pay for!

I am so happy that I moved back to Union Heights. I had previously moved to another apartment complex across the street and was so disappointed, it was a terrible decision. I was so unhappy there, however after a year I was welcomed back to Union heights by Bobbie and Byron and the amazing staff here. Recently life has been throwing some difficult things my way (as it does) however I feel so blessed and comforted that I have a safe and caring environment for myself and my daughter. This is really a great community to be a part of. I highly recommend Union Heights.

The front office and maintenance guys are all amazing! All the neighbors around are very friendly. :) it definitely feels like a safe place to live.

Rent prices are way too high for the condition and size of the apts. Too many fees that were not explained at move in and only answered if asked about them. Have to pay water, light and gas for the amenities even if you don’t use them (example: gym and pool area). Area is nice and quiet and staff is nice.
Everyone in the office is so kind and made me feel like part of the community when I moved in! I love my little apartment it’s just spacious enough for my daughter and I !
I just moved in earlier this week and so far everything has exceeded my expectations! No major issues have arisen, other than finding a couple of dings in the apartment during move-in. Maintenance has already been on top of it, which I appreciate a lot! My partner and I love the area, the apartment community, the amenities, and our apartment itself. We are very excited to be here!
I just recently moved in and I have nothing but great things to say! The move in process was a little rough but nothing anyone could do about a leaking pipe in the wall, we had to move in a week later than our planned move in date but it was a breeze. We've already used the pool, hot tub, and gym. The in unit laundry is a huge upside to living here. Everyone that works in the office is super nice and easy to work with!
Well taken care of property, the amenities are great and well kept. The community is calm with no issues and staff is super friendly. I would definitely recommend
My experience has been a very good one to say the least ,from the friendly staff that seem to always welcome you with a cheerful greeting and a pleasant smile.A grounds team that makes sure the job is done and done right . And I can never say enough about the respect of the other tenants to make sure to keep noise levels at a minimal, so much so that I find it hard to believe how quiet it is.. I would have given this 5 stars , but there is always room for improvement and everyday I always notice another step towards that . Thank you , Aaron.
