The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Ratings are on a scale of 1 (below average) to 10 (above average) and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data. We also advise parents to visit schools, consider other information on school performance and programs, and consider family needs as part of the school selection process.

Property Ratings at Twin Oaks
During my move-out inspection I was told that my place was move-in ready for the next person and that I would get a full refund deposit back. When I got my refund it was not the full refund price and I was charged a bogus fee. Management said that they would check into and get back to me, almost 3 months later and still no response back. Funny how they tell you things and can't remember to get back to you or get things done as promised. When I moved in I was promised a new deck because the old one was dilapidated and very unsafe, so I lived with it during my time there. I think management needs to retire and sell the place to someone who cares about their residents as well as their property.
