The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Ratings are on a scale of 1 (below average) to 10 (above average) and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data. We also advise parents to visit schools, consider other information on school performance and programs, and consider family needs as part of the school selection process.

We truly appreciate your feedback and glad you are enjoying your new home! Thank you, Twin Lakes Management
Since moving into this apartment in May of this year I have had nothing but problems and mind you its now just August. First prior to moving in I was getting some form of contact from them everyday hounding me to make sure all the paperwork was completed. But after moving in and trying to contact them regarding things that needed to be done, (mind you this was work that was on my move in check list and they were aware that this work needed to be done)I wasn't getting any response until I brought this to their attention. First the bathtub looked like it had not been cleaned since the prior tenant moved out, didn't get taken care of until July. The exhaust fan in the bathroom was not working and still has not been fixed. Some of the steps leading up to my apartment were breaking apart, they fixed them by putting what looks like putty on them an just left it, looks like it was done by a 3 year old. My biggest complaint is the money I had to spend to get a new dryer due to their negligence. My dryer quit working. I go to check the breaker box to see if breaker had tripped, the box had been painted shut. I contact them the office and let them know. I specifically asked them could they come check the breaker to make sure it had not tripped before I spent the money on a new dryer. My dryer was dated but worked well. and figured if it had broken it wouldn't be worth putting money into to fix it. So maintenance came out, he said the breaker was fine and also checked to make sure the socket was getting power. He said both where fine and it must be the dryer. So I get a new dryer and plug it in and it doesn't work. I contact them again to come out and another maintenance guy comes out and does something to the breaker, he says it was tripped and it worked. So now I have purchased a new dryer that I did not need. I contacted the corporate office and left a message and I have not heard back from and I contacted the manager of the complex who said she would take my request (because I think I should be reimbursed for at least half of the cost of the dryer) into consideration. After a week she gets back with me and says they won't be doing anything because they don't feel like they had no fault in any of this.

I lived in Twin Lakes over 2 year. First they will raise your rent every year with no reason. Apartments is very small and smells like mold. When I moved in carpet was not new, but they charged me when I moved out to replace it. I doubt that they really did it. Management is horrible, I got overcharged for every small thing at move out.
The community is nice enough. The staff is ok. The apartments are clean. But they will rob you blind. They jack the rent up all the time. There are fees for everything. When my lease came up I decide not to stay and they told me "sorry you have to give us 60 days notice to not renew your lease or we can charge you for 2 months." This place is crooked. I'm paying more for a 1 bedroom than my neighbor in a 2 bedroom because they just moved in. I've been a perfect tennant and this is the thanks I get. They don't care about building a relationship with their tenants. They just want money. No one stays here very long. Do yourself a favor and don't come at all.
Hi, i just like to say my experience at Twin lakes is a great one. I've been living here for a year and I renewed my lease because I like it here. And i just like to say thank you to Tami and Diedra for making my experience here a good one. If you ever need anything, they're always there to help and the properties are well kept. They just resurfaced the pool and it's beautiful. Also the new renovations to the properties are beautiful. I can go on and on about this wonderful place but you need to experience it yourself it's a very peaceful community. Everybody here is very friendly so i do give it 5 stars all the way.
I have lived here for over 4 years and so pleased to see all the renovations! The new management company has really put a lot of time and money to make it a place you want to live in. If you have a problem the office takes care of it that day or within 24hrsand they call you back or email you. Maintenance is the same as the office...anything you need done from repairs to pest control is done that day or the next. And its done right the first time too. Very nice neighbors and parking is alot better now that there are guest spots. Very close to grocery stores, beach and shopping malls too. Twin Lakes is a 5 star community and plan on staying here for at least another 4 years...
Nice place well kept love how it's not directly on the main road and like the two only levels
Twin lakes apartments are definitely one of the nicer upscale apartment complexes in the palm harbor area. Separate entry ways into each apartment make it feel much homier than your average apartment with the hotel feeling hallway to each unit. The finishes are nice with laminate wood flooring and black appliances. My wife and I moved in about 5 months ago and we couldn't be happier. The valet trash service actually gets picked up which isn't very common these days and the doggy park is a nice amenity. All in all this is a great place to live.
The apartments are beautiful! Neighbors are friendly! It's a cute little neighborhood that feels like home and we love it here!
